I paid and ordered two gift certificates. They were never sent to me when I contested the charge. It went for a couple months and they got their money, but I never got the gift certificates.
Dairy Queen in Kilgore Texas sucks. they never answered the phone. and the last time I went there, I ordered a belt buster combo, and I got a piece of meat with cheese on dry bread and floppy french fries. i paid seventeen dollars for that got ripped off. Kilgore texas sucks!!
A huge shout out to the honest staff at this Dairy Queen!! I accidentally left my purse and the gals kept it safely intact until I could return to pick it up, my life is in my purse! Thank you so much for your honesty and beautiful smiles, I will be back♥️ God bless you all,
