Always friendly and fast and generally pretty accurate on orders at least if you order in the lobby. Drive thru can be kind of hit or miss on accuracy.
Probably the best Taco Bell Ive been to in years. Over stopping in multiple states and hundreds of miles a part. I rate a 4 star based on being a fast food place. Compared to fast food ratings I usually rate at a 2 or 3 max.
Rarely do we have any issues with food or service but lately it's been trash. Even worse than the cold, crappy made food is my daughter being called a liar over finding a hair pin in her taco AND being provided with false management information in order to not have to be held accountable for it. The assistant manager, supposedly named Kayleigh, (NOT Cindy, poor thing seemed to be set up for a disgruntled customer) and store manager Brandi (with an I) 🙃 shouldn't be in charge...read full review
