Ordered a few things off the tap machine and definitely had to wait at least 25 minutes for ol boy to stop talking to his hoochies across the counter to make our food. The order was fine other than the quesadilla wasn't cut and the people behind just had 2 items and they were waiting longer than us. Ate inside no customer service whatsoever. Awful experience.

There wasn't a cashier nor a menu the staff did help us use thier kiosk but I don't like using them and prefer not to. If I wanted to use a screen to order I would of just use my phone to order. Nor did they get our order right

This place is awesome. I was helped immediately, the manager came and said hello, and asked if everything was ok. Then gave me a free large drink just for coming in.Kid-friendliness: They interacted with my kids and made them laugh and giggle. I go there pretty often now that I see how polite and friendly the staff is!!

Just got home.... Worst nacho bell grande I've ever had and it was suppose to be a supreme!! A shame... Thought this was the best Taco Bell.Fixing box macaroni and cheese for dinner .. thanks. $14 in the trash!

I received a text that my order was ready but it wasn’t on the shelf like it normally is. I approached the counter and waited, one of the employees came and asked what he could help with, I explained the situation and he went to go ask another employee about the name/order regarding a bag sitting in the back/behind the counter. The other employee totally gave him an attitude and was rude which was TOTALLY uncalled for. The employee was only trying to help me and he even stated he didn’t know how it worked. He was only trying to do his job and LEARN! Do better!
Every single experience ordering from the Peru, IN location has been the WORST. Dont get me wrong, the workers are super nice and helpful. But, this place needs to teach them how to make tacos. I spent well over $40, which included a 12 pack taco pack and every single damn taco had like ZERO meat in them. If I wanted to just eat a lettuce and cheese taco, I would have made that at home and saved my money for somewhere else. The orders 9 times out of 10 are always messed up to the point you just get sick of it and eat the cost and feed it to the trash can.I will, from now on, travel out of town for taco bell. Quit skimmping out on the meat meant for tacos and putting handfuls of lettuce and cheese in the shells.Peru taco bell needs major help and guidance in how to properly prepare food for their paying customers. It's almost $20 for the 12 pack of tacos now. I, I'm sure like many others, want what they pay for. Tonight was AWFUL! I will not be back. After all the chances I've given, Ill spend my hard earned money elsewhere.This was hard enough for me to write because I don't like to complain, or make a big deal out of the situation. But, this is getting ridiculous.
