One of the workers was standing over the top of a couple of people trying to eat and he just kept talking to them and just would not go away. You could tell the customers were extremely annoyed and just wanted to eat in peace. He should be working instead of annoying customers for almost 20 minutes. He was still standing over that poor couple when we left.

Placed a mobile order like I have done hundreds of times. Get to the speaker and I am asked for my name order is under so I say the name. She says no I need for you to get back on the app and see what the name is so I give it to her. I am then met at the window and told that what they just told me to do wasn't correct the name. They made me dig out my glasses and my phone and tell them what they asked for I even showed them the phone to prove that what I said was right and they still wanted to argue over my name. This was insane over a cheeseburger and a frozen coke!!!!!!!!!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO!!!

Gavin made my experience their very great! Had to the most (can I help you with that attitude) he was so friendly and positive put me in an awesome mood and even recommended some times I’ve never tried. His customer service made me feel like I was at a 5-star restaurant and made me have to leave this review! That man deserves a raise hard to find uplifting motivated workers like him.

Had big online order but willing to wait ..... everything was 1/2 cooked. Fries and onion rings were soggy and sandwiches were soggy and meat was not grilled at all. It has 0 taste. My dogs had whoppers and fries tonight because they will just about scarf down anything.

Our order tonight included a junior whopper with only ketchup and pickles....they made it with only tomato, onion, lettuce, cheese, and mayo. It also included a whopper with only cheese....they made it with only tomato, onion, pickles, lettuce, ketchup, and mayo. We took them home to eat without looking in the bag. So both whoppers had to be thrown away as they were inedible and we hate mayo. The last time we ordered through this same drive through I got a whopper with only cheese and they gave me cheese and heavy mustard. I had to throw that away too as I hate mustard. At this point we have wasted more than $15 in the last week and a half on incorrect and inedible food. I realize we should have checked before driving away, but not sure why the employees are incapable of reading the orders? It isn't just one mistake, they literally made the exact opposite of what we ordered and what was on our receipt. Beware if you order through the drive thru there!
Overall, Burger King in Peru is like any other fast food joint, a nice occasional meal that is neither good nor bad. I’ve always had here ish there ish experiences at Burger King. Sometimes the food‘s really good and sometimes it’s meh. That being said it’s nice to have a whopper every now and again. They also do the funny, random Collabs that make the whoppers look hilarious. I got this purple whopper, not too long ago and it was ok.
