Food and atmosphere is great. Just watch your food for ibline orders or call ins. Time and time again I am constantly missing things. Salads. Cookies or desserts. This time they forgot to add chicken in my fettuccine which is extra and paid for. Just kind of over driving across town to find out they messed up once again

Customer service was really good. I got fettuccine Alfredo, apple sauce, macaroni and cheese, breadsticks and a hazelnut iced coffee. Their coffee was wonderful and decently priced ! Great atmosphere. Large parking. But the food could be better. The Alfredo sauce tasted like cheap canned sauce. Their noodles felt rubbery. The macaroni is ok but dry. Breadsticks were good and buttery. The fettuccine Alfredo is definitely over priced for the quality. I would maybe go back but definitely wouldn’t get the fettuccine Alfredo ever again.

It is a quaint little restaurant with a delicious menu! Our party ordered the special of beef lasagna, salad, and breadstick. The salad was fresh and lovely! I was hesitant about the lasagna when it came out so quickly, but it was hot and a perfect balance of flavors. (The lasagna arrived with the salad, which seemed awkward and odd). The order taker was not knowledgeable about our questions and the menu, she also seemed unmotivated to find the answers. The other staff was courteous.

They no longer answer their phone since moving to the new building. You get a recording that tells you to order on line or through Google or leave a message and they will call you back. No thank you!!! You went from one of the best businesses in town with your customer service to the worst. I don't know of any other business in town that does not answer their phone??? You have just lost our business because you can't be bothered to answer your phone.

Traveling through on our way back to Midwest Illinois and found this place on Google. Very impressed and glad we stopped. The atmosphere is perfect, very chill and clean. The waitress was so friendly and did an excellent job. The bakery area is adorable and has it's own little atmosphere. We took some cupcakes and cookies to go. Food was really good. The piggystack is highly recommended! Backed beans and green beans too! I liked the green beans my husband ordered so much I ordered some to go as well. We left stuffed and with plenty to take on the road and the prices were excellent!! I wish I could pick this place up and locate it in my home town.

I got the pulled pork meal mac & cheese and green beans. It was delicious. Except the green beans were sweet so I had to had salt and pepper to them.
One of the best places in the area. Pasta and salads are first rate. Nice, big dining area.

While in Peru, Indiana. My Young Beautiful Bride and I the Garden Gate Cafe, It was delightfully clean and festive looking.
Oddly enough, we had to look through the menu and order before taking our table. The food was delicious, I had the Meatloaf special and My Young Beautiful Bride had a salad with breadsticks.
After bringing us our food, we never saw our waiter again.
The dining area was open and in a large room, the restroom was absolutely Beautiful, very clean.
My Young Beautiful Bride has eaten here many times and she thinks that I should have an open mind, she really likes it, and she said that if I give it another chance, I will definitely like it to.
So, I will definitely be visiting this place again, with my Young Beautiful Bride.

Ordered meat loaf. Was so sweet that it tasted like syrup..same with the green beans..full of sugar. Who wants that kind of sweetness in a dinner meal? What happened to gravy ?Potatoes were obviously instant.Threw the green beans away and scraped as much as I could of the syrup off the meatloaf. Became somewhat tolerable

I’ve been here twice and the staff is always so friendly. Great chill place to meet with friends. I recommend their tasty salads over the pizza but the sandwiches/entrees also looked great. Delicious deserts!

Went in about 11am for brunch. Not busy yet. Beat the lunch crowd but it started as I was leaving. Homemade bread was excellent with my BLT sandwich. Cole slaw that came with it was excellent but a tad too sweet for me. Baked goods looked tasty so I bought a raspberry pie which was after having their homemade bread. Comfortable atmosphere with friendly service. Highly recommend.
