I dont even want to give 1 star but i have to inorder to put my review.... Bought breakfast this morning for myself and a coworker, we found hairs in both of our biscuits and gravy. Took the food back, and they said that they didn't have anyone there that had black hair (the guy working drive thru had black hair) and the "beard hair" is a string. Okay so how did a string end up in my food and why wasn't it removed before serving the food? They didn't want to remake my food or give my money back, but did. This is the 3rd time this week that I've had very rude customer service from them, we normally get breakfast there almost every morning. Just very unhappy with it all. I will NO LONGER be giving Hardees in peru my business...

Ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich along with a biscuit and gravy. Place was dead and we sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes or so while our food sat on the counter so the employee could answer then talk on the phone and bag the next person’s order. When we asked why he didn’t put the phone call on hold and why the person behind us got their food bagged and our food sat out on the counter the through all of this. The employee responded that he had to take care if the phone call first, that we were out of line for asking, and to never come back. By the time we got to eat the b n g was cold and the frisco was a soggy buttered sandwich instead of a toasted sandwich. It was a waste of time and money.

This is what a large order of fries on a $20+ order looks like. God I hate eating OUT! The burger was for my pups. It was hard and cold. I wouldn't feed that to my kid. Thanks Hardee's nice job! No wonder the parking lot was empty! Won't be back. Should've went Wendy's like I was going to. Pathetic! People deserve better for their money!

I strongly recommend you to visit a diner or genuinely anywhere else.
Food was extremely greasy and overpriced.
No idea what was happening in drive thru but we waited for a bit and went inside to a roof that looked like there was a leak and they just didn’t bother to fix. They charge $4 for a simply orange juice when I can just go to the grocery store and buy a whole gallon for that price.
The servers do not care to be there nor take care in the food. I regretted every dollar we spent. For $30 I could’ve gone to a local diner
