Order pick up is a great service and time saver. The gentleman was fast and friendly. Such a great convenience. A little disappointed when so many of the digital coupons items aren't carried in our local stores.

This store has seen better days. Shelves are poorly stocked, floors are dirty, all the time. There’s no salesmenship or pride taken by the Kroger Company in the upkeep of this store and it’s really quite sad. It’s depressing especially after visiting other grocery stores around the country where the conditions are far better.

Well stocked store. Produce is very fresh. The floorplan is a little jumbled compared to other locations. I had to search for several things because they weren't were they are in other stores.

I really want to love the store but I feel like the produce of where I get my daughters healthy food from is always spoiled or bad. Even though I check the fruit before purchasing, it seems I've wasted easily 100 dollars in the past year on just horrible produce. It would be nice if they could maintain that area better. My daughter and I get sick every once in awhile from fruit that looks good but has gone bad. My recent purchase was a mini watermelon that was sour and it made my daughter blow chunks everywhere. I was a little too late at tasting it before giving it to her. Another thing that also is never ripe are the berries. Be careful pulling any produce from here, it doesn't last but a day or even a night apparently.
I would also complain about prices being much higher than Walmart, but you get what you pay for, even though the quality is sometimes bad. Compared to Walmart.

The cashiers are professional & very personalable. Prices are too high !! Tonight most milk products, especially quart size , were very low on quantity. Eggs were also low on quantity. The2 for $1 avacados, on sale were on the downside of ripe.The deli dept could have made a great batch of guacamole ! Perhaps using produce like this is against the "rules". Put them on sale before they are overly ripe & not proper to sale. Kroger capitalizes on the fact that, other than Aldi, Kroger is the only "game in town".
