Service is great and they're fast but the food tastes odd to me. Their frappes are very sweet. Overall it's not bad just not great.

As we went through the drive through I noticed a 10 cent up charge for a coke with our breakfast meals. We asked very nice the guy that took our order. He only said it was an up charge for the mc griddle. We said no, it cleanly says 10 cents per order for coke up charge. He refused to look at our receipt. Its only 20 cents but its nice to know why they're charging. He was very confrontational!! We drove on to pick up our food and the 3 women were extremely nice and had no idea either. I don't like businesses up charging for no reason. But I really dislike employees who won't even look at the receipt and explain the issue. In my opinion he should be fired. His attitude drives people away. I definitely won't go back if I see him in the order window.

Honestly probably the worst McDonald’s out there. The absolute lack of any customer service is horrendous. I stood there waiting for a chocolate milk for 5 minutes because they forgot it, and even though I was saying excuse me loud enough for everyone back there to hear me, the continued to ignore me, including the manager who was working the expo not even 5 feet away. At least the food was good.

Went thru drive through, waited 15 minutes just to order then another 10 to get to the second window where they gave me another persons order. Waited another 10 minutes for the correct order and my sandwich was wrong. I wanted a plain hamburger and they gave me one with everything on it. Additionally no sauce for my nuggets. Terrible service.

It would be nice, just once, to get my food at the window in a reasonable amount of time. My coffee was cold before I got my breakfast.
You guys haven't been putting barley any breakfast sauce on the bagels, and I get that sandwich for the sauce pretty much. Very disappointing. 08/18/25 Today I didn't even get the right sandwich! And I went threw the drive thru twice because the first time I was missing a burrito and a hash brown!

Everybody in this place is rude and clearly hates life not my fault you work at McDonalds bro. Lived in Peru for 3-4 years now NEVER once been greeted in any kinda of friendly manner not one good thing to say about the people in that place. Cooperate gotta do something bout the employees.
