Literally would give a 0 place is awful for work and service was told 20 mins on the call went in at 30 mins was told 10 to 15 min more ended up getting food 35 mins later 1hr and 5 min later on a 20 min deal and no discount and was straight rude next time I’ll pay extra at Harvey Hinklemeyers a lot better people

First off, I don’t ever complain, and I rarely take the time to write a review, but my experience was so bad I want to warn others. So I ordered online with a delivery ETA of 20-40 min. After an hour and a half went by I called to find out what was going on with the order. I was told that this Pizza Hut uses Dash as a delivery service, but the person who took the job to deliver cancelled, and when that happens no other dash driver can deliver the order? so it was not picked up, I explained that I was concerned that because it had been so long, the order was probably cold, and would need to be remade, and that I would be ok if they wanted to cancel the order and refund me, or remake it and try again for delivery. I was quickly told not to worry and that they had in fact, remade everything and would have the manager personally deliver it right away. I was honestly thankful when the store manager arrived with the food, and an apology. But then when I got it inside and opened the boxes the food, including the boneless wings everything was beyond cold, hardened dry cheese included and looked like they attempted to recook it. So dry, it had a saltine cracker dust crunch and the sauce must have evaporated in the reheating process? because I could not see or find any, …So strait into the trash. 50.00 learning lesson and top 3 Worst pizzas I have ever had, and I have had jacks freezer pizza, so that's saying a lot. I have deleted the app, had a fond three minute remembrance of what Pizza Hut quality used to be in the 80’s and 90’s, and concluded that Pizza Hut is literally, forever, dead to me!

Today my husband and I brought our kiddos in. Waitress wasn’t all that friendly. We ordered 10 breadsticks and salad bars to start before we ordered the rest. She came back took our order. We asked the 2nd time for salad (salad mix was out). She then brought us our melts before the breadsticks even. When she brought us our sticks. She brought us 5 and said oh wait u had 10 and had to go get another pan put in the oven. So even longer wait. Finally brought us our pizza and then told us she put salad in the salad bar. I wanted our salads before our food. End of rant. We won’t be back. -0/10

Was there about 5:00 pm yesterday 2/24/25. Spent over 67$. Salad came with no dressing, had to get the waiters attention, too busy with fellow employees to notice. After our food came he never once came to our table to see how everything was. Will not be coming back. I should have called corporate to let them know what kind of service we had.

I can't believe how rude and uncomfortable this crew are honestly. It's apparently too loud for anyone to hear the doorbell so when you come in, everyone is in the back chatting it up and none of them can see the counter or acknowledge that you are there and you walk into the dining area to another empty counter. Also food is low quality burnt and ridiculous. I order a personal pan pizza online. It states it would be 4 slices. I requested instructions, cut in squares. They cut it in bite size pieces ! Wow 👌
Pricey, but worth it. My dad ordered pizza for us to have for lunch one day while we were staying at the Best Western Circus City Inn when visiting my brother and his family. The food was exactly as we ordered it and the perfect temperature.

So I order online pizza and wings and frys well got pizza cold as hell order at 158pm got pizza at 230 didn't get wings till 358 pm ols nasty paied over70 bucks no change for me cuz they Doordash it to me no drivers Peru pizza hut and the women who picked up the phone the 3 calls I made was mean and rude never again
