So much has changed here in the way of service over the past year alone. The food is usually on point however, when you can actually get someone to answer the phone, they make you feel like you are ruining their day by asking for toppings on your sandwiches
I've been going there for years, I love their service, the prices are cheap, and I think it's the best ice cream in town. I don't ever waste my money at East End, South Side Scoops is the best!
