The automated order taking needs work. I ordered a beef taco and potatoes oles with cheese. I drive back to work and found that the cheese was not in the bag. I drove back to taco johns, went inside and was told that since I didn't get charged for the cheese, I would have to pay for it. Seriously?! Your machine got my order wrong, I had to return to the resturaunt, and instead of an apology for the mistake and the inconvenience of a second trip, your employee wanted me to pay more.

Food was similar to taco bell but I felt the burritos was a bit smaller in lenght then taco bells burritos ,,but was much fuller then taco bells 🔔

This will absolutely be the last last last time I go back to Taco Johns. Every time we've been there, we order potato oles with 4 time extra seasoning bc we get tired of getting home and no seasoning. Our taco has been cold in the middle of the taco. They can't get the orders correct. We've asked to have things corrected only to get a smart mouthed comment back from the youngster behind the counter. And still not get it right. We've asked for the missing seasoning to be put in a small container so we can do it ourselves. They act like we said something horrible. Today, we used coupons on our order. Asked for extra extra extra extra extra extra seasoning. Guess what? No seasoning and cold potatoes in the middle bottom. So they will never get a single penny of my money again. Period.

I grew up with Taco Johns! It's a sentimental favorite to stop for a Taco Burger & Potato Oles. I just wish Taco Johns served Coca-Cola products.
I ordered the two fiesta tacos for five dollar special through the drive-up window. Made with chicken and fresh ingredients! The lettuce and tomato pieces were fresh! I liked the sauce and spices! I’ll be back!
