We've been in the area and never noticed this place. Thanks to a bit of curiosity we will come back another time. Food tasted amazing and was quick to the table even with a group of five people. We came when they were dead so there was a fun bit of banter with the wait staff.

This was the 1st time back in here in at least 6 months. Same well below service and seems like the portions are much smaller for the price one pays. I got an omelet (kinda hard to mess that up), with toast and a side of bacon which was pieces of bacon NOT slices of bacon. The fatty pieces I could have done without. I would have to hope that the 3rd times a charm that is if I ever decide to go back.

Mediocre food, stick with the breakfast items you'll be better off
The coffee is great.. hot and not Luke warm, with no limits. Very casual atmosphere. They are flexible. I took a couple of keto bread slices with me in a zip lock, and they were fine with using my bread to make the sandwich with.

Staff wasn't rude but indifferent to your existence. No sign saying "seat yourself" but Staff waited till 10 people piled up after 5 minutes at the door to say anything.
Coffee was awful. Very very weak, the slight bit of coffee you could taste was burnt. I'm not some starbucks coffee snob either. I've always enjoyed a simple waffle house coffee. This was just bad.
Hash browns were just the potatoes. No butter or seasoning.
