No ice and when asked about it was told yeah its been that way for a few months. No I can get you ice or anything of the sort. Just inconsiderate and uncaring about warm and flat soda. Food was bearable fries in the baconator fries were cold. We also received no crackers for a large chili. When I went up to get crackers they were sticky and looked recycled from someone else's try.

Come home missing the chili to the taco salad. They cram everything in a small bag, which makes it hard to double check your order at the drive-thru. Missing items seems to be a common accurance.

Personally I could hardly handle the lack of customer service here. The time it took them to prepare three items that I’d think are regularly bought items was too long. Sat waiting for food for about 15min, literally. Buttery Chicken sub croissant was dry without much butter glaze at all, Breakfast Burrito was unwrapped and unwrapped… I’m unsure if they have someone new but that wasn’t put together well at all. The Hoosier Bowl was okay, could have been better had I received a fork with it to consume it while it was still warm… over all the service sucks here and the people they have in the window need some skill assessments because their quality of customer communication was baffling. The gentleman in the window taking orders was very unpleasant to talk to, rudely interjecting while ordering, they weren’t personable at all.

We ordered 2 drinks and sat for 15 minutes behind a car at the widow. Why did they not pull them up to give us our drinks ? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!.

I have gone shopping several times and they never have lettuce or tomato, with two supermarkets next door. The manager must be lazy with no initiative. Very disappointing!

My friends and I went through the drive through at about 10 pm and when the guy in the window handed us our krabby patty meal, I screamed “LET’S GOOOOOO” as the guy started closing the window. Then he opened the window and screamed back a very high pitch sound which was almost that of a billy goat. I appreciated that so much and I just want to say thank you to this man who made my entire week.

Got take out, and my burger was so cold to the touch. Took a bite and it was not even warm. Fries were also cold. Almost like they were in a fridge. I called just to notify them that maybe someone was doing something wrong, didn’t even want a refund. And the worker I spoke to was incredibly rude and so disrespectful. This Wendy’s has went downhill a lot recently. Super disappointed.
