Sat in drive-through to the window, a total of 27 minutes halfway through the 27 minutes I decided to call and find out why the lady at the speaker was sitting there for over 10 minutes. They explained they were doing a shift change at 8 o’clock in the evening And the most disturbing part of it is the lady had a mobile order and already paid for it and they continuously made her just sit there. Finally at window the cashier took the payment debit or credit card and wants to carry on a whole conversation and then bring your card back out the window After you run someone’s card, give it right back!!! Just a heads up Wendy’s corporation you lost a potential of six cars that went past drive-through and right out of the parking lot after seeing the long line!!! wait it’s fast food for a reason!!??? fast food employees are screaming higher wages, higher wages. Well you have to work for those higher wages and that means the more you can get through the drive-through without a long shift change that made absolutely no sense!! i worked fast food in management many years and never did it ever take over 10 minutes to change a shift drawer to the next person.

My sons and I ate inside. Service was awesome. There were 2 workers that made them laugh. One even gave them frostys, no charge! Great experience ?

It was all good. Drink may have been wrong. I ordered a cherry cola. It was dark but not really cherry, but my taster might have been off. It isn't anything I'd turn around for.

The manager with the dumb looking green hair was very rude to the cashier. Cashier was Super nice and just trying to help. Manager was upset over .40 cents. Please just ask and we would of paid. Businesses wonder why they can't keep help..

They definitely seem like either they are understaffed or just hate their jobs, they never smile, there is not one bit of nice customer service in their tone, the food is always a little cold amd dry or overly loaded with sauces to wear its all over the outside if the bun, it's just not necessary.

I ordered a large chocolate shake, what they gave me was a small cup filled with soft serve ice cream. I couldn't even suck it through the straw. Tossed it and moved on. Never going there again.
