I’m not sure what is in the air with this particular location but there seems to be a common theme going around with everyone’s service lately. To be perfectly clear it’s not unrealistic to have a wait time due to an establishments popularity but it’s completely unacceptable for these LONG wait times to occur when there are 5-6 employees working at a given time and they are all standing around chit chatting, texting, not taking orders until you get to the window after waiting for over 30 minutes in line, and then proceeding to have only 1 employee take the orders for BOTH lanes during a rush in an unorganized manner. Since when do establishments only have teenagers running the whole building? Where is management? Where is someone over the age of 18? Service is so poor because you are having children run the entire building. Please consider fixing this issue. I love 7Brew but I will not continue to spend $10+ daily with tip for this poor service.

For reference: I went to this location today (2/3/26) before work. I gave myself a 30 minute window to allow for the long wait time and was STILL late to work. There was only 1 employee taking orders for BOTH lanes. She was taking 1 order at a time and then going back in the building for a few minutes. Then she would turn around and come back out and take another order for a car in the opposite lane and repeat this pattern until she got to my car. Once it was finally my turn to get up to the cashiers stand I looked into the building and saw 1 female employee with glasses on her phone texting, two male employees leaning against the counters talking with another female, and no one making drinks. For how busy they were with TWO lanes of cars hanging out into the street, it amazes me that they had that much free time to NOT be making drinks and socializing with one another. Seems like it may be time for more training, more employees, and management being onsite at all times. You can’t expect children to run your establishment properly.

5 or 6 people standing around inside talking about a ring while the lanes gets longer and no one takes orders in either lane till they are at the door and it's a wait there too. Takes 25 minutes to even begin to order. Ridiculous. Other locations haven't seemed to have this issue.

The fall off at this location is real. They must have a shortage of staff. The line so long it’s hanging out the parking lot and they are only taking one car at a time at the window. Not to mention you have staff making their personal beverages, clocking out, and leaving while you all are this busy is discouraging. 25 minute wait because at this location once you’re in line you’re stuck there with no emergency exit which isn’t very safe for the customers.

Although I love the energy drinks the wait times are crazy. 30 min in line today with only 5 cars ahead of me because the girl wanted to do one order at a time. It's not uncommon to wait 20-35 min on any given visit- whether this location or others.

This location is PAINFULLY slow. If you have an extra 40 minutes to wait in line every morning then by all means stop here. I don’t understand why you have a two lane drive thru and only 1 person taking orders for both lanes. Also, I’m not sure why if my order was taken first why 4 other cars in the opposite lane who came AFTER me got their drinks first. I ordered one lousy burnt tasting iced coffee with creamer. Honestly, you could definitely stand to HIRE MORE HELP for the morning shifts. Lastly, you need to get a manager or an adult on site. Having only teens run the entire building is clearly not working and is causing business to go elsewhere.

For the first time ever, I’ve been going weekly or more for the last year, my drink was wrong. I ordered a blondie and got a brunette. I could see it was wrong when they handed it to me but there was a line so I pulled out and parked to taste it just to be sure. I got back in line and the girl was very sweet and got it fixed for me with no issues.

it used to be really efficient! but i couldn’t tell you a time in last 3+ months that i haven’t sat in the line for 20+ minutes. i just went today and waited 30 minutes stuck in the line. i’m sure they’re doing their best but it’s really frustrating how hit or miss it is now.

I recently went through the line and wanted a holiday drink with a dairy alternative. A young employee named Jerry recommended me the Santa’s Cookie Mocha with oat milk and I enjoyed it. He was very helpful and offered me more recommendations for when I come back. The line moved quickly and all of the staff were great!

Something needs to be done we love 7Brew but this location is going downhill. First of all they do not wait on customers in the proper order. Also wait times in general have been increasing today I was there for 20 mins and there was not many cars in front of me. The staff needs more training and the professional appearance could be better. They don’t even care about their customers enough to have their property plowed when it snows. 7Brew as a whole is a good product but whoever owns and operates this franchise location doesn’t deserve to have it because it shows when you visit a location that operates properly and one that does not.

Sucks you are a daily customer, and drinks are always messed up 🥴 call the number they gave for plainfield location and no one ever bothers to return a call and fix the situation. Give them the drinks back and they claim to have fixed the problem and taste the same. 🙄💆🏼‍♀️

Terrible customer service tonight. I’ve been coming here for a long time and never encountered someone as rude and could care less. When she handed me the drink it immediately looked wrong but told her I would try it to see. It was wrong. When I notified her she just shrugged her shoulders.

Went to your store today the service was not good today line was long staff was talking to people they made have known touching cats not washing there hand in that is not ok I always come there but today what's very unprofessional? I end up driving off, didn't even place the order.
