Placed order over the phone and was told 25 minutes. Showed up at estimated time and was told they had received a bigger order so they hadn't started ours yet. Also has sign on door saying they were closed. Very over priced. Won't be going back.

tried Amacis for the first time tonight and have to say we will definitely be going back frequently. the pizza and breadsticks were both perfection! can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

The pizza itself is excellent, however, the customer service we experienced was disappointing. My husband called the store this evening because the online ordering system indicated there were no available pickup time slots for today. Since it was approximately one hour before closing, he called to ask if he could place an order over the phone.
The employee who answered stated, âWe close at 9.â My husband confirmed that it was 8:00 p.m. and asked again if he could place an order if he arrives within the next 30 minutes (we live in Indianapolis). After a long pause, the employee replied, âSure?â
While the order was ultimately accepted, the interaction felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. We decided not to place an order because of her poor communication and customer service.

Ordered off the menus listed from the Google Reviews. Definitely donât do that.
The prices have increased quite a bit. Even the prices on their website are lower than what they actually are. So when I ordered an xl meat lovers and a large sandwich and it was $44 for me to pick it up I was pretty shocked.
The restaurant looks like itâs falling apart inside. The TVâs that use to have the menu displayed donât work, restroom was out of order, soda machine had flavors out of order. Supplies on the counter for customer dining in were very low, you can tell theyâre hardly used.
Just looks very run down from the old Fox Pizza days.

Friendly service and delicious food. I recommend the deluxe pizza and the $10 chicken parm (rigatoni). Will be eating here again.
Hate to complain when itâs decent pizza but for the price of your pizza and toppings this is ridiculous to have 1 piece of sausage on a whole slice 2nd time itâs happened gave first one a slide to see if it happened again $2.75 a topping and look how little jalopenos you can buy a pound of jalopenos for $1.65 unfortunately we wonât be back $56 for a X-Large sausage jalopenos a medium chicken white sauce spinach and order of breadsticksâŠ.

We ordered a calzone. Had the typical wait time. The owner came out apologizing that it was made wrong. He refunded the money and remade it for free. It turned out delicious as always.
During our wait, we overheard a delivery person explain that he was shorted money for a delivery. The owner told him he would take care of the shortage as well as his shorted tip.
Great owners and small business.

I have always like Amici's and feel it is among the best pizza's in Plainfield but the sauce tasted different this time. Much too bold and overpowering for my taste. I will try again soon but I hope this is a one off because, if not, I don't think I will go there again.
