I went to this restaurant to pick up my food, and the person preparing it wasn't following any hygiene standards. He wasn't wearing a hairnet, and worst of all, the customer service was terrible and rude. I will never go back to this restaurant with this kind of lack of hygiene, and on top of that, the way they spoke to the customer was awful. They didn't want me to see this lack of food hygiene; how can they handle your food without gloves? It was disgusting; he was touching his hair and then handling the food.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from here through Uber eats and my drinks were not given to my driver ? and for my nachos to come with nothing on them AND I paid for extra meat.. asked for no sour cream and extra bacon on my loaded mash and it’s like they put extra sour cream with no bacon? wth Smh hopefully Uber eats will refund me because this is super ridiculous. 08/11/24 ordered at 4:00pm

Our server was excellent. Food portion has shrunk even more from size of last summer which is very disappointing since they raised the price even higher for the identical entree. I expected the same portion for the price increase. Both my husband and I became ill before leaving town because of the amount of grease in the food. Please tell the kitchen it is safer to drain some grease off the sizzling chicken. It could burn the servers hand with the hot plate overflowing. The mashed potatoes were 2 whole bites worth and soaked in grease. Further you dont talk shop issues in front of customers. Especially negative things like pest issues, even if it is just friut flies. People will assume you do not have a clean or sanitary kitchen. Buy light traps from eco lab and you won't have any more issues.
