Not sure what the deal is with customer service these days. Walked in waited for several minutes for anyone to come to the counter. Supposedly they said “hi” from the back then stared at us and didn’t even ask what they could get for us and argued about it. Not going to be dealing with this location again…

Placed a mobile order and selected drive thru. When I arrived, I was told in the drive thru that I would have to come in. The employee offered no apology or reason as to why, and was rude and blunt about it. There are several reasons someone would choose to do drive thru over coming inside, if that is not an option, it should be blocked on the app, or an explanation should be offered. Interestingly enough, when my husband went inside to pick it up, it was by the drive thru window.

Got there just before the dining room closed. But the lady that helped me was great. The food was okay, it's fast food.

This Arby's is horrible. I have no clue why I even bothered going to this one. The food was cold, my slider was smashed and the mozzarella sticks were soggy. I didn't have time to just turn around and go back through to get new food. I will stick with the Arby's off of 40 they do a way better job!

I wish that when you ask for your sandwiches to be heated up so there hot that it was actually done insteady of being told by manager that there fresh. There is a big difference between hot and fresh. Cause fresh is just Luke warm here.
There was not much turkey on my sandwich.

I couldn't help but laugh when I opened this wrap.
Staff and food was great. They wrote friendly and kind. Nice place to grab some food. They even gave us some free snacks.
