Staff is great! Service is fast and friendly. The place is always spotless and the coffee is superb! Considering I was not really a coffee drinker before, this is a shock to me. I'm now a regular customer.
I have only had the frozen and iced coffee, so that is why the one star on food.
I go there to support Veteran owned businesses being a veteran myself. But, I think I will need to find another place. The staff does not acknowledge you when you walk up and stand there for 5 minutes or more. No eye contact at all! They are not friendly, and I witnessed an attitude regarding a drive-thru customer from an employee taking the order. It is usually the morning crew and one female just looks angry all the time. Do better.
My wife and I have been faithful customers (3-4 times a week) of Bigby Coffee at the Plainfield location ever since it opened. We, of course, always use coupons because the coffee is expensive. This location has always honored multiple coupons, even if they had to ring it as two separate orders.
Today, we went through for our morning coffee and, unfortunately, ran head-long into a very uncooperative attendent. She said we could only use one coupon per order. We asked her to run it as two separate orders, but she refused.
In the interest of resolving this peacefully, we ordered only one coffee, paid for it, and left. After circling the building, we went back to the drive-thru and ordered a second coffee. When we got to the window to pay, we saw the same attendent. She, of course, recognized that we had just gone through a minute before and refused to take the coupon. We got into a bit of an argument about this being a separate visit. She called for a manager. A very rude lady appeared and said that she would go ahead and take the coupon this time, but don't try it again.
We asked her if she was really willing to start a fight with a regular customer over this issue and reminded her that's how businesses go out of business.
The only reason a business issues coupons is because it improves their bottom line. My personal opinion is, if Bigby doesn't want to honor coupons, stop issuing them.
Now, we have delema on our hands. We have to find a new place to buy morning coffee. Sorry, Bigby, it looks like you won't be seeing us again.

Don't order through doordash or you will receive a drink that could be tampered with and is possibly partially empty speaking from experience because my drink is partially empty and was unsealed when I received it

Just out of curiosity, are they supposed to put the cream cheese on the bagel or just hand it out to the customer on the side?
Coffee always a good taste and hot. Food, fresh and well prepared. But mostly, the customer service shines!
