Workers were nice and apologetic! Drinks were really good! What I found frustrating is that the app still allows you to order items that were unavailable. Really unfortunate that this happened more than once so I most likely wouldn’t return back to this location.

Got a Cappuccino and a Sausage, Egg and Cheese Bragel. Food was ok, the Cappuccino was awful. Tasted like water with brown food coloring. To bad I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to take my order with only four people in the restaurant and another 30 minutes for my food and drink. I ended up throwing my drink away on the way out it was that bad.

I frequent another Bigby's and comparing it to this one is like night and day. Just two examples: 1. Water is free at the other one. Here water is $2.50...for A CUP of water. He was going to charge me $4 because I said no ice and the manager had to come over and tell him to lower it back down.
2. I got a turkey, bacon, cheddar bagel. 1 piece of deli turkey, 1 piece of bacon. At other locations it is multiple pieces of turkey and more bacon.

Obviously different owners and this franchisee needs to be shown the way majority of Biggby's run their business.

Used to be regulars.. not sure what happened. Service is low and SLOW. Something is always wrong with the food or drinks. Seems like there’s no form of management here.

I had the iced chumpkin latte. With a cold foam on it. It was AMAZING!!!! Then I have the turkey havarti on an asiago bagel. With garden cream cheese. Omg. So AMAZING!!!! The card reader had some kind of issue. Other than that it was perfect.

Is there any management at this location? I’m sorry y’all but no coffee and bagel is worth waiting a hour on. Almost every time I go here something is made wrong with me or my wife’s drink. Honestly if this place had some solid structure it would thrive I just kinda seems like when they get busy at all standards go out the window. I was an executive chef CDC for over a decade and just can’t give this place anymore shots. Do yourself and your time a favor and go somewhere where your money will be well spent. Sadly this place will fail with time if nothing changes.

I used to really love it here but I no longer want to go. The barista was eating before making my drink. She didn't wash her hands. My breakfast sandwich has been cold in the middle several times. I want to keep giving chances but get disappointed.

At first I did like Biggby. However, recently I got sick after having some coffee there. I found out from a former employee that they have not been cleaning the espresso machine or something like that and there were many gnats and eggs found in their system. Also, they buy their stuff from Meijer. Save money and buy the bagels at Meijer instead of there. I have reported them. If you have been sick in the past month after drinking there, report it.

There is no whole milk available for coffee! 2% makes lousy coffee beverages due to its inadequate fat content. Go elsewhere. You'll get a much more delicious coffee for the same price.

Thought I would give this location a shot again. I say again because last time they poured the steaming 4 shots of espresso directly into the ice giving me a watered down iced latte with hardly any ice. This time walked in with three employees standing there. One in front of the register I was at (taking an order from the drive thru), another making a drink, and the third messing with the begals. None greet me or even say just a minute. After standing there for three minutes without acknowledgement I left.
