I used to enjoy eating at Bob Evan's. Now the food seems very generic. And why won't they cook their home fries? They are ALWAYS served hard and barely cooked.

By remaining open (while most other sensible businesses and corporations have closed) Bob Evans serves as a focal point and vector of infection and risks the health and well being of staff and customers alike. All to turn just a little bit of profit.

I ordered a ham and melted Swiss plain & a side of macaroni and cheese... The ham was a bit too sweet for the Swiss and the bread was toasted a bit much. They also left a tomato seed on it from where I'm assuming they almost made the mistake of placing one... The mac and cheese tasted a bit watery, and neither the sandwich or the side had a consistent temperature... Other than that the service was fine... Tldr: food is eh at best, but the service was fantastic.

Ok I actually ended up eating here for lunch and due to the next day being Thanksgiving stopped back in to pick up my to go dinner order for thanksgiving. I decided I was I the mood for chicken strips so I ordered the dinner portion you'll get 4 large homemade chicken breast strips. I don't get them very often but Bob evans has excellent fried chicken items. The good thing is you get two sides. I picked a salad and potatoe. But the salads weee unavailable due to the salad recall in California. I decided to get the green beans instead. My baked potato wasn't ready when my lunch came out but they brought it out when it was ready. The service at this location was excellent better than I had had at other locations and as good as any fine restaurant. The waitress gave us slices of pie to make up for there being no salad and my late arriving potato. So lunch was pretty good. On to my much more important task Thanksgiving dinner pickup. I had preordered a whole meal package of ham four weeks before thanksgiving as I thought for all it offered ham or turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, green beans, rolls and a pumpkin pie for around 57.00 for four people you couldn't beat the deal. My package was ready for me that evening. I did again run into a stumbling block as they forgot to put the ham in my box. But I went back they gave me free soda and extra ham. I heated it up the next day and it was excellent as good as the food at the restaurant but I didn't have to leave my house and wait in line etc. I can't recommend this enough as a great option for to go holiday meals.

some of the greatest waitresses Pam Alexis Jordan Shonda McKenna they do a great service it is Bob Evans I highly recommend it to anybody great food the great kitchen staff and wonderful management led by the great Lorraine wonderful Dawn and this evening management headed by Cindy just come on in sit on down enjoy the food in the atmosphere
