Chinsy 7.00 dollars for a few cheese curds. Order was wrong wings are sub par. This chain has gone way down hill. Last time I spend a dime here. Stay away!! Shrinkflation strikes us once again raise prices give us less. No thanks

Food was excellent. Our first waiter left us hanging. Bartender Brian i think was his name came over and couldn’t ask for better service. Was pretty loud in there though. Otherwise id come back.

I had high hopes when we asked if they would turn a specific football game on, and they were nice to accommodate our request. But after being seated, it took at least 10 minutes for a server to even come to our table. The place was not very busy for a Saturday afternoon. It got worse after that. Food took forever to show up and was cold and tasted like old grease. The server was horrible about refilling drinks or even checking in on us and wasn't pleasant at all. We definitely will not be returning to this location. Shame on you BDubs!

The dining room had a 10-15 min. wait so we were told there was open seating in the bar. There was a slow start being greeted in the bar however service ended up being great. Much better overall than the two other locations closer to our home. One star lost due to lack of taste with the new Cajun flavor and the Buffalo dry rub. Pretzel bites were very good. Another location quit putting the everything topping on them. Overall vibe here is better.

Very bad customer service, he told me to wait for 15 mins and i waited 25 mins and when i went there after 25 mins they again told me to wait 15 more minutes. I will not recommend coming at the estimated time, come at least 1,2 hours later to get your food ready to go!!

All of our food came out at different times, even our sides came out after our wings. Some wings and fries were cold. Server was excellent and pricing was very fair.
Every time we go, we are seated 15-30 minutes, our stuff comes out quick, and they are nice. When we order to go, that is their problem, I have to double check every time, and the wait to get help when picking up is not good.

Wings were rock hard, fried pickles were soggy and like extremely salty, and my 4 ranches (I ordered and paid for 6) were all MAYBE 1/4th full each like …. The only good thing out of everything I ordered was the cheese curds.

There were 4 of us in for lunch. All of us ordered our drinks & food at the same time. When the first drink arrived, it was delivered to the wrong table (along with some of that table's drinks) The rest of our drinks arrived later (with some of the other table's drinks). My food was brought out shortly afterwards. We had to wait more than 5 minutes before the other 3 people at my table got any food. By the time their food arrived, mine was cold. I complained to the server who didn't seem to care at all. I used to like this restaurant, unfortunately I won't be back there.

Our waitress got our order right but when it came for our order our first wing for me and my sister came out but my parents wings didn’t and once we asked she said in five minutes it will be out then five minutes go by and then we look at our waitress for a question but she looked at the table behind us with a smile but when she finished talking to the table behind she walked past our like we never existed and when we asked her question she gave a us a attitude and we asked her how long it would be aging and she FIVE TO SIX MINUTES!!!! And then she said with another attitude if we want something to drink and we order water and another drink but then the order of our wings come out around 30 minutes later while me and my sister already finished 20 wings and then the waitress we originally had changed and I believe our original waitress is a racist But the food good it just the service
