The food is OK, but the service ALWAYS sucks here. It seems they don't have any idea how many people to have on staff even on important dates (like the IU vs. Oregon CFP semifunal game). It takes forever to get your food and drinks which is counter to the time it takes to make their mediocre wings and draw a draft beer. We rarely go here.

The food was good and the service was good. My only complaint was they were a bit stingy with the sauces on the wings. The new Honey garlic was limited and so was the honey barbecue

I ordered delivery on the website. They had door dash pick it up. My delivery address on the order was correct. But it was changed on the DoorDash end. The manager remade our order and DoorDash had a new delivery driver. The manager did not relay the correct address as DoorDash said they can’t change it as it was changed on the restaurant end. And then when I receive my order it is not correct at all. I was missing items as well.

Hi, my family and I decided Monday night to order food and bring it home. I went to pick up the order. Got back home and started distributing to the family. That's when I noticed that my husband was missing his tenders and wedges. 2 of my girls were missing their sauces for their wings. I then had to leave the house and go back up there to get missed items. The gentleman at the counter was nice and I wasn't acting frustrated. Mistakes happen...I get it. Lesson learned, go to restaurant and get it brought out so that you can get your order correct while the food is still hot. I was a little disappointed. I just hate spending $80 on food and not getting what I asked for.
We sat at our table for more than 10 minutes and no one even looked at us or greeted us. We didn’t even see a single server. There were several tables that were vacant and dirty. The majority of the patrons had empty drinks and didn’t seem to be getting served. The place was a mess. Very dirty and unorganized. Terrible service. Understaffed.
