The general manager that works there during the day is a jerk. If you ask for peppercorn ranch he freaks out and thinks it will bankrupt the place. Then after begging for it you get a 1/4 of a cup. It's almost turned into a joke. The guy needs to work on his people skills because he just seems angry. Store seems to be run OK, but I don't go there because I don't wanna run into him.

I eat at least 4 Croissan'wichs everyweek. I have bought them from several locations. Bottom line, i just had the BEST ones ever. The egg seemed fluffier and the bun seemed different but it was awesome.

I've lived in Plainfield for a long time. Ate here often as a kid, then it gradually dropped off.
I got a good coupon and went to redeem it. No issues with the coupon or ordering but there was very inappropriate conversation going on at the counter. And the manager was a part of it. I was sitting down to eat and was very uncomfortable with the conversation and actions that were taking place. The food wasn't the best, nuggets and fries were well over fried but that was not the main issue. This place use to be busy, now these types of issues have ruined it.

Sat at the drive thru speaker for about 10 minutes and was told that they would take my order momentarily, I then sat in the drive thru for another 5-10 minutes while other cars who had just pulled in get their orders taken before ever being spoken to again. I understand being understaffed but only paying attention to one drive thru lane while the other has had a car in it for almost 20 minutes waiting to order??? Craziness.

Good luck getting what you order. Order in store, guaranteed to me missing things. Order online, still missing things. This store obviously doesn't have any attention to detail when it comes to giving people what they PAID FOR!

Service was fast the restaurant is very clean inside. Had the WHOPPER was delicious, I like the french fries at burger King better then McD. they taste better here
