The service there is trash and workers walking around with no hair nets or gloves. Touching bread stick with bare hands sticking cheese in bread stick bag. Need to retrain workers on how to take orders over the phone correctly.

Check the buffet for fresh deep dish before you pay! They never have deep dish on the buffet, and the lady wouldn’t make one right after we paid bc it was slightly after 1pm, and buffet ends at 1:30. We walked right out , the thin crust is not good. Waste of money. Man I was craving that deep dish.

As someone who worked at a pizza joint for 10 years, whenever I go out of town I have to try the local pizza spots. We ordered The Big Hurt (partially because Im a White Sox fan) and this was some of the best pizza Ive had in a very long time. I also appreciate the option for a salad bar, though I was there for one thing.
Absolutely spot on, and one that Ill definitely hit up again if I'm in the area.
