The food was ok. We are a fan of the salad bar. The guy who greeted was not very nice. Said the buffer ends ands in 10 mins and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Just a very uncomfortable visit.

We got the "Windy City" pizza, the Chicago pizza, which was DEEELIIICEOUS!!! I totally recommend trying it out. The atmosphere was very nice quiet and the service is fast.

Computer was down so they were only taking cash so things were slowed down at the check-in register. Otherwise, food was good, all areas were clean. Love the cinnamon dessert pizza!

Food is very good, The buffet is a decent price! Have a person cleaning off tables, I can’t be the only one that is noticing when you go to get napkins the napkin dispensers are filthy, The cleaning off table should be wiping those off, I don’t even like using a napkin out of them!

Disappointing Chicago's since the beginning. You'd think owners or management would've taken care of the poor attitudes by now. I go here only because it's closer than the much superior Speedway location. On numerous occasions the employees will walk by pizza ready to go and not even know what orders are sitting there. I asked last time if that was mine that just came up and got a disgusted look and a "no" head shake. After walking past two or three times she finally brings it to me because it was my order. I used to order here once a week on Sunday's for several years before they decided to close on that day. The past few years I only order here once every two or three months and after the last visit I'm inclined to only go to Speedway not only for better attitudes and experience but because the pizza quality is much better and more consistent.

Spent 80$ on food from here and forgot to ask for 2 cups of peppers. I went up there to ask them to put some in the bag and they want me to spend $2 for some peppers. A family owned restaurant woulda gave them for free. Absolutely disgusting
