Im not really the type to write reviews, but I genuinely wanted to say this was one of the best experiences that I've had at a restaurant for a long time. The food came out quick and was amazing, the atmosphere was great, and the service staff were all some of the best we have had in a long time. I specifically want to shout out the servers Bea and Sydney!

We went around 8:30/9 on a Saturday so things were pretty busy in there but we're seated right away in the bar area. Our server was nice but not very attentive. We got a couple drinks and a triple dipper to share, everything was great. Drinks were delish and the food was hot and fresh. Before we left another table was given the wrong item and that server offered the food to us for free which was pretty sweet so that definitely made up for our server not checking on us.

Fabulous service from the minute we walked in to the minute we left!!! Lucia from phenomenal!!! Super attentive & friendly! Started with amazing warm chips & salsa, honey chipotle tenders w/ ff and Mexican street š½. The fajitas were delicious and the steak cooked perfectly!!! Overall a fantastic meal with an amazing staff where the manager is out on floor helping out!!

Iāve been coming to this chilis for years. Iāve always received good service and the food has always come out fast and hot. However, I took my family to dinner here on Saturday and the service was horrible. Iām not sure if our server Megan was having an off night or was overwhelmed with her section but the entire duration of my families dinner she was forgetful about everything and she seemed to take issue with our table from the jump. As soon as we were sat she came over with a huff and seemed like she would rather be anywhere other than serving us. After she took our drink orders she disappeared and didnāt come back until after another server brought us drinks. (We didnāt ask this other server for drinks but they brought them out anyway.) Only then did Megan reappear with our drinks and seemed annoyed about us already having drinks. We then asked her when she returned to ācheck on usā for a kids menu and she kept coming back with everything but that. We had to ask her multiple times for said kid menu before she finally brought it to our table. After we had been there for 30 or so minutes my daughter asked for a water and she came back with a coke. We asked for a straw and crayons for our youngest daughter and she came back to the table 3 times without either items. We ended up asking another server passing by for the straw and crayons and they quickly got the items and were back in a matter of seconds. Again, Iām not sure if she was having a rough night but boy it made for a poor dining experience. Not to mention she was VERY attentive to her other tables and seemed to only have issues with our table.
Also, the manager with the rainbow hair was walking around asking every table but ours how their dinner/service was and it became clear by the end of the night that she had zero interest in asking my family. If youāre going to disregard a family maybe donāt make it so obvious that youāre doing so next time.
Stopped in for lunch yesterday for the first time in a decade because we heard about the new menu. The food is still terrible...$85 w/ tip and nothing was worth the price - ribs, smoked sausage, cheese planks, burger, reese pie. All average American chain crap. I'll wait another decade. Our bartender was so less than excited about her job...average American crap. #buylocal
