Probably one of the most unwelcoming places I’ve been.. No greeting, no acknowledgment or anything. None of the workers talked to each other in there.. just gave each other judgmental stares. The tension was so strong. Food was alright but the service and atmosphere was definitely the biggest reason not to go back.

Absolutely terrible service. I got no food in my bowl. They were unbelievably rude. Will not be going there again. My bowl was halfway full of lettuce and extra sour cream.

The people are nice and respectful. This place is quite nice and you can get good depending on when you go in. Sometimes the food looks to be slimy specifically when you go in when they first open in the morning. Maybe they are using leftovers from the day before.

Ordered online and picked up…only to come home and find that my bowl had no meat….how do you miss the meat?? They could have asked me during pickup time if I would like a different protein but instead they added almost a pound of rice on the bowl. That’s so upsetting. $23 for a bowl or rice and chips….make it make sense

This place sucks when meat portions size I will not returning this second they have fattty meat /brisket for 25$ for a bowl filled rice and beans.

If you advertise you are open until 10PM, I dont expect the doors to be closed at 9:30PM. If you dont wanna operate because you need time to close, then change your closing times. 😐

I loved chipotle anytime I'm grabbing something quick for lunch or dinner so on average 2 or 3 times a week chipotle was always my choice I love the fresh taste and it's overall a good quick meal but after my experience today at the plainfield indiana store I will no longer eat at chipotle no matter the location now I order a salad and a burrito in a bowl as we are going down the line for both of my orders and I'm telling them what I want on each they are putting next to nothing on so I had to ask for extra on everything in all of my years of eating at chipotle I have never seen anything like this happen so after they finish making my order they ring me up and tell me it's 38 and some change so I ask how it came out that much for two things we'll they charged me more for everything since I asked for a little more of everything do to the fact that the put next to nothing on there originally then they tell me they charged me 50 cent for the tortilla shell on my burrito which I never new that was a thing since I ordered a burrito I thought the shell was part of the burrito but the guy at the register who is training what looked like a new or newer guy says no you have us mixed up with another restaurant as we talk and try to figure out why my order came out so pricy neither one of them were very nice I will never eat at another one I will find a new favorite place to eat unfortunately

I am a Chipotle customer and I want to say that it is one of the few businesses that provides good, fast and friendly service, that is why I frequent them, just to say that I am a truck driver and it is difficult for me to enter your business, try to put more places easily for truck drivers, since on the road there are no places that offer this food, I always give them a 10
