The most amazing thing about Cracker Barrel is the consistency across the board. No matter where I travel I find a way to make my way to Cracker Barrel .

Shrimp and Grits, Biscuits and Gravy and a mountain of pancakes. Love this place.

Not so good. Cold food and poor/somewhat non existent service. Definitely not what I'm used to with other Cracker Barrel locations I've dined at.

Biscuits were like hockey pucks, Mac and cheese was cold, my dish was supposed to have hush puppies and when I asked where they were they came back and said they were out of mix. To top that off they weren’t able to use our gift card. I checked online prior to going and it showed a $24.57 balance (it was old so I thought I’d double check). Now I have to deal with that.

The manager was nice. The food wasn’t that great. We ordered grandma’s sampler. My pancakes was gross over cooked with black stuff in them. My fried apples had something in them. Waitress didn’t come back to see if we wanted anything. We had to flag another waitress down to get our waitress.

I was seated right away which is unusual for this time of day. With all the hub bub over the changes it wasn't very crowded for a Saturday at lunch time.

Customer service was awful could not get refills of our drinks waiter was mumbling under is breath after everything we said and when food came out steak was blue and raw and my sides and my husbands entire meal was cold. We told them and nobody cared and still charged us full price. We do not recommend stopping here at all…..

One of the workers that goes by the name of Jannay Torres really made the experience at cracker barrel unique. It was my first time at cracker barrel ever and the food, service and the employee herself made the experience all worth it!
