Stopped at your Plainfield, IN. Location. At 845-9pm not busy. There was 4-5 tables on each side. We were sat on the far side. Drinks were forgotten on initial seating several times. At one point, our waitress offered us, Togo, drinks that were dismissed by a leaving table. After 20 minutes we were offered our bread to satisfy us until our food was delivered. Then it happened. Since the dining area was barely occupied, I could see the nightmare unfold. Three tables thatcame in after us were waited on, served and nearly completed before we were given our food. By the time we started our meal, all three tables were finished and gone. We waited 50 minutes to get our food. No management apology. No management explanation. No compensation. A piece of cake was given to my wife and the end. The ball was dropped severely here. Chances were available to smooth this bad experience over. None taken. You've got problems. I don't think our continued support can help.

Service was horrible. Spent 20 minutes at my first table and the server refused to acknowledge me after serving my tea. Got a new server. And she was very prompt and attentive Food is always reliable and good Delo must be the oldest server and is working circles around the others and always has a smile She brought my rating up from a 1 star to a 4 star.
