So just sharing as I am baffled. Lived in Arizona for 20 years . Just moved back to Plainfield to be with family. Give difference in service . Arizona kids working wre super friendly ina all stores and grateful for your business. Here it feels like service at McDonald's. It's just like here is your food and se ya later attitude. I'm baffled at the difference

This place consistently forgets to give me part of my order when using the drive thru or curbside. It's almost always the most expensive item of the order that winds up missing, conveniently.
Last time it was the $11 family size order of cheese curds, which I didn't realize until I got home. Tonight it was the $14 8-piece tenders.
The $10 "Sorry you caught us only giving you 70% of what you paid for, again" coupon isn't worth having to take out and open every single item to see what's inevitably missing.

Started off bad by getting change short a dollar but I wasn’t going to make it a big deal since it was only a dollar, then I waited in line for 30 minutes while cars around me and behind me got their food and I was waiting on 2 double butter burgers baskets and one was on a gluten free bun ( allergy ) and a strawberry and caramel concrete mixer, when I was finally given my food after I had to call one of the workers over to ask about it, they only gave me 2 normal double burgers, with no gluten free bun or fries and a normal caramel concrete mixer, finally after 10 more minutes I was finally handed the right gluten free burger but only one fry but i just wanted to leave and I told the worker thank you and to have a great day just for her to not say anything back to me and be rude because they couldn’t get our order right, worst experience I’ve had ever eating fast food and will never go back to this Culver’s again, absolutely pathetic and ridiculous, I would’ve rather just thrown my 30 dollars out the window instead of paying it to go through that mess.
