ordered a blizzard and there was random pineapples in it. Ordered a chili dog and there was no chili. I tried to ask for the manager and employee said she was outside smoking. I don’t want anyone smoking and then touching my food. I won’t be back. Culver’s would never.

Was very disappointed with the value, ordered a medium Blizzard which came in a little 4” cup and it was only just past half way full which was covered by a lid. First time I’ve seen a blizzard with a lid on it and I guess I know why. Will think twice about going there again to waste $8 on half full small cup of ice cream. Too bad

Hi, my name is Kristin Burnett and I am the new GM at the Plainfield Dairy Queen. I’ve read a lot of these reviews and I must say I don’t know If some of these accusations are even accurate, we do not sell french fries here, But we do serve treats cakes, novelties chili dogs, which are two for five My Dad ice cream cones are two for five and half price banana splits from 12 to 4! There’s been a lot of changes made good so I encourage everyone of you to maybe give us a chance come on back and see how things have changed! Good day to all of you and I’m sorry that you had a bad experience. I’m trying to make that better.!

I love how the new manager Kristin i think is her name is making changes! The store looks cleaner the wait in line is not as long anymore and she has a great bubbly personality! I see the progress she has made already! Keep up the great work!

I just want to give a big thanks to the new manager at the dairy Queen in Plainfield. I believe her name is Kristin. I used to go there all the time, but I just kept getting poor service, and I would be waiting in drive thru over 20-30 minutes every time. Then to just get ice cream that was melted. The other day I decided to give it another shot. I'm so glad that I did. Because I got the best service I've ever had there.. I was greeted with a very pleasant woman she said she had just taken over the store as GM. she was trying to get things changed for the better. From the looks of it she's getting that done And I will say this I was in and out and under 10 minutes that's ordering getting my ice cream and even speaking with the lady for a few minutes. I didn't see any other worker so I don't know if she's working alone or not. if she is she's superwoman. I just I just wanted to say how much I appreciate her. Reading me with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. You don't know how much you can make somebody's day just by smiling and greeting them. Thank you you made my day! I will be back sooner than later
Spent $15 on two medium blizzards first off, that cost is INNNSANE, secondly it feels like they’re only using like 1/3rd of the normal blizzard insides in these mediums. Will NOT EVER go back to this location.

I picked up ice cream cake. They only had one size. I didn't need a big cake i had no choice but to buy the big cake. It was wait overpriced $,45 for an ice cream cake is ridiculous. I will not go there again. That is the last money of mine that you will get goodbye dairy queen

I would give zero stars if possible. This location is filthy and the service is less than desirable. What Dairy Queen doesn't have french fries? I ordered a combo and was served potato chips, and told they don't carry french fries which I find hard to believe. They could not understand my order and there was definitely a language barrier. There was no one else in the restaurant and it was so dirty I didn't even want to eat my lunch after seeing it.
