Every time I think to give Donatos another chance they disappoint again. Ordered two pizzas last night late probably their last delivery and we got it and everything was burned. It was terrible! I think this was finally my last straw. I do not think I will try again. Terrible! I took pictures and sent to them. Hopefully, they will care and do something about it.
After a 40 minutes of being late, I called the store and they hadnt even started marking our pizza and said it would take another 40 minutes. When I made the order it said 50 minutes, at the pace of tonight it would have been 2 hours. At least call me tell me :(
