Just finished lunch and honestly, I'm disappointed. The calzato, meatballs and the dessert were the only things I enjoyed. My disappointment is their pizza. I ordered a sausage mushroom hand tossed pizza l, took a bite and could feel a gross, gummy texture. That's because the dough was still Raw! RAW! I work in a pizza business, so I know how pizza should be cooked. If you're gonna own or work in a pizza shop, rule #1, always make sure your food is COOKED! I may come back, but if I do, it won't be for the pizza.

Stopped by for lunch today at 2:00pm. Literally stood in the lobby for over 10 minutes with nobody even coming out to acknowledge us or attempt to take our order. Should have know better when we pulled into the parking lot and there was 1 car in the back and customers.

Ordered Garlic Asiago Cheese Bread that cost $8.39 was suppose to be full order it was half. Order large Founders Favorite thin with extra cheese. Hardley any toppings and did not appear to have extra cheese. When door dash brought my order the bread not included driver had to return to donatos to get it then no credit was given and bread was cold. Very disappointed. Door Dash was very kind.

Pizza was great! The guy who took my order over the phone was great! The girl at the counter when we came in to get the pizza, horrible! Unfriendly, snapped at me, let my pizza sit on the counter when done, I had to go ask for it. She will hurt your business unless she gets better!

10-23-2023 Ordered food at 12:06 pm to order a salad and a drink I was told 30-40 minutes at 1:30 I get a message from the dasher that my food will arrive at 2pm way past the time I was given. I'm then told by the dasher who I can barely understand that they don't have the drink. Now I'm really mad as the person who took the order didn't tell me they didn't have it but let me order it anyways.I told the dasher I don't want it as I'm now way past the time I was told so I told him I don't want it tell them I want my money back he says its not his issue.I call the manager and she tells me the system doesn't update that they don't have the drink and that the dasher was "just doing his job to find a replacement" she gets irritated after I say I want my money back asked for my name and hangs ups on me.Horrible service door dash is a plague which they use even if you dont order through door dash and customer service which used to be great at this location has plungedI worked for Papa Johns for 4 years we never sold anything that we didn't have in stock and if a online order came for something we didn't have we immediately would contact them to let them know and find a replacement if that was ok with them. Not wait for the delivery guy to do it after the fact.
The food was excellent. Pizzas were hot and tasty. Abigail was very polite and helpful at the pickup window.

This Donatos has the best food and best service of all of the ones I've been to. Crystal is really nice everytime I come in or call. It's always a pleasure. You just don't get Customer service like that anymore. It is much appreciated.
