The atomosphere and customer service was good, I just wished my pizza tasted as good. When I got home both pizza were veey doughy, I had to put them and my wings in the oven. Unacceptable when you're spending $50.

What the hell even is this shit? I’ve asked for extra sauce many times in the past and have never received pizza soup. Honestly they should be embarrassed. Disgusting. Pizza wasn’t even completely cooked or cut, breadsticks were cold and tasted stale. Don’t waste a penny.

Kara rocks! She went above and beyond on Thanksgiving eve with 10 minutes to spear from the time I ordered to receiving my food was under 15 minutes!! She deserves a raise for sure family customer service and dedication she has. I appreicate you and so does Eric!!!

The food is excellent, the store is consistently clean, and the staff is outstanding. Megan and Christian in particular deliver a reliably fantastic experience each visit. While the location appears to be operating with limited staffing at times, the team continues to provide exceptional service.

The manager is horrible started screaming at an employee with 10 people trying to order food. The lady was asked to come take our order and she did so she was polite friendly and was doing her job until the manager came running out yelling. Snapped at my husband that she would take his order we were in the party room listening to her yell. There is absolutely no reason to treat an employee that way in front of people or not! Food took forever cause it was chaotic with her screaming. The other girl who finished our order was great the guy cooking was great but if that manager keeps her job I'll never be back!

I'm surprised this place has survived throughout the years it has gone downhill in the past 20 years..staff is rude there's never a manager when you speak to a manager they treat you like dirt.. never see them wearing gloves or wash their hands got hair in my food numerous times.. 🤮
I went for the pizza that had BBQ sauce, bacon , onion and onion strings. They don't have it anymore. Got a pizza with half pepperoni/ half bacon, onion. It was okay. Ordered cheesey bread sticks and got plain ones. Service was all that great.
