I wish I could give this location zero stars. I stopped by on my lunch break. Horrible mistake. I received a hard, burnt bagel with a mushy egg. My hashbrowns were burnt , old and gross. The only thing that was good was my iced coffee. This was my first and last time stopping at this location. I’ll stick to the clean Avon location. I called to complain and no answer, just an automated system that won’t let me through to a live person. No way in hell would I serve food they are serving not even to my dog. I actually feel sick thinking about it. I think the health dept needs to be called according to previous reviews.

Locked doors at 755. I know I'm cutting it close, but wanted a tornado twist and I had to use the bathroom. I was signaled to go around to the drive through. I've worked retail for 13 years. Never locked the doors before close. And I was just got stared at when i said you guys dont close until 8. Cool, definitely didnt trust them making my drink after that!

ON TOP OF THIS the drink was terrible .. I literally told them I wanted ice chai with oat milk instead of whole and they gave me one with no milk at all…

every morning I've been passing by once up to 3 ok that there could be a mistake with my drink but today morning just now I'm just in time to my job I tell them and they still don't do anything I order a caramel macchiato and they don't give it to me how I asked and now the last straw I ordered it medium and the indu that's there gave it to me long I order a bagel and everything ugly hard the bread they don't even toast it but I don't know how that bagel is that hard they do whatever they want if you go there because you spend money and they have to give you the order like you do the request and the one who is taking the order always has a bad attitude a young lady who is always at the window and besides they don't give the order right
It's not right how they treat a customer, especially when you ask for what you want and they don't care about giving you what you want, but rather they give you what they want.

Jason is a great cashier there. He knows how to make coffee and he's very kind..great customer service 😁. Great location and great donuts. He was very kind and friendly and had very nice smile. Definitely keep this employee and give him a raise. He worked the drive thru but he took care of us at front cashier. Very polite and respectful. Gave us our correct order and asked if we wanted anything else. We absolutely love this employee. He deserves recognition and respect. Thank you Jason for being kind to us. Very nice of you. This Dunkin has bad drinks. I wish I would have waited to get to Greenwood off 31 because the Dunkin over there is so much better! The drink here was not good at all. I understand now why the lady in front of me in the drive through was customizing the order because at this one you would have to.
