Worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. Will never go back. Felt like we was falling forward out of our seat. All of us ended up getting our food to go and leaving as soon as it came to the table.
Now this is REAL Mexican food. The kind I remember living next to Baja California. Comida estuvo increÃble.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. When I went in I didn't expect much but at every turn, I was pleasantly surprised by the service, the menu, the quality of the food, and the atmosphere. I'd definitely suggest this place to anyone!

Very nice place! Great decor, fantastic service. We ordered chicken enchiladas, enchiladas suisas with pork, and a beef soft taco kids meal. It was all wonderful. Give it a try, you won't be sorry.

This was my very first time eating dinner or any meal here at El Potro. I first walked in and was a bit surprised that it looked bigger on the outside but quickly realized it was just as big on the inside as I was escorted to my table.
My server Laura quickly greeted me and took my drink order after serving me the complimentary chips n salsa, which by the waywas about the same size and quantity as you would get with their competitors.
I ordered a delicious ? 22oz Pineapple Margarita which was their special promotional drink at the time.
Thought it was very professional of Laura to card me for ordering alcohol, kudos to her.
FOH had some minor issues and come to find out that they had a rookie or two staffed for the dinner shift. That to me kinda took away from the overall experience but nothing to really cry about since it didn't directly effect my personal experience.
I ordered their Indiana Burrito and it was damn good. A pollo, asada y bean stuffed burrito topped with chorizo, camarron, liquid queso y pineapple slices.
After completing my entire meal, drink and the majority of my chips, I paid, left Laura a well deserved tip and drove home.
I'll definitely be eating more meals here at El Potro when my mood strikes for Mexican Cuisine.

The server argued that I did not order right after she brought me the wrong thing. She then proceeded to take the plate with the wrong food back to the kitchen.....THEN brought back the dirty plate with the cold rice and beans. I said no, that is unsanitary...just take it away. She then came by asked if my friend needed a box and we told her I am still waiting on my correct order. This genius proceeded to say ..OH, I thought you told me to take it back. I looked at her and said I asked you to take the unsanitary plate of food back. WHO brings a plate back already eaten off ....and back from the kitchen. I hope she somehow acquires some common sense. At check out, the man just pointed to the machine. If you are going to check people out, at least know English. The food she brought wasn't even cooked like a chimichanga...more like a soft burrito. One stars only bc zero is not an option.
