Not Bad you basic sub shop. Food os alright my favorite is the Brisket. Service was not bad. They didn't wear gloves though.

Barely warm yet Extra chewy steamer sandwiches.
90% bread and one thin layer of meat.
I will be eating at firehouse subs again but definitely won't be this one.

Anytime we are nearby, we visit Firehouse! We got spoiled in Ohio having a location in our town. Hoping to get one in Terre Haute soon.

Awesome experience. We live in Terre Haute and have to drive about 70 miles to get there. We always visit your store whenever we go to Plainfield or Indy for Dr appointments or special events. Please build a store in the Terre Haute area, possibly on the east side near the new casino. Terre Haute would love to have you and welcome your great food.

I dont know how you mess up this bad with orders, my son ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and gave him turkey and lettuce, onion, mayo, and tomato, and my husband got his order wrong too

We were short on our order and an employee drove back to the restaurant in Plainfield the restaurant REFUSED to give us the missing items AND charged us for the items we already paid for!! We will never return to the Plainfield location!!!!

We ordered almost $400 of food. They forgot several items. When we went back to get what we didn’t receive (some drinks and brownies) they refused to give us the items we previously paid for. They made us pay AGAIN to get the food THEY forgot. DO NOT EAT HERE
