Ok first time in a Firehouse. Let me just say, wow. Cashier was instantly wanting to assist us. Offered things that went very well with what we wanted. None of that upcharge nonsense just pure assistance to someone that had never eaten Firehouse before. Food, just wow... how have I missed on this.

WOW!! It has been years since I’ve been overwhelmed with flavors and service. Ever since the greenwood location closed I started going to beech grove because of how close they are to us but every time I get let down there. So coming here today really brings me back. So glad I chose to go out of my way today. So delicious! Thanks everyone! Oh and 4times faster than the other one too

Walked in excited to try firehouse subs for the first time and as I was looking at their menu I could not believe how many flies were there by the kitchen. Immediately I left and felt disgusted to see many flies.

Great food. Never had this place before will definitely be back . The service wasn’t too friendly . The woman worker seemed to think I was an inconvenience to take my order at the register .

Food is fresh and temperature of food is good. I have never had a problem at this location. They always do a great job. Need more selection on drinks like tea.

Food is amazing here, just came to get 3 different subs and ask to mark down the subs because need to give them to 3 different people. I asked one of the guys to do it and He was so rude to say I don’t have a way to do it. Chill down man not a big deal just be nice to people!.

My online pick up order was correct, delicious & the guy at the window was sweet!
