Ordered online for a quick pick up on my break even after I arrive it took him 30 minutes to get my order ready. The whole staff had an attitude they charge us premium dollars for our food and they can’t even get the food ready in a timely manner

I’ve ordered through mobile probably 5+ times being on a time crunch and wanting to grab something quick. Literally every single time, my food has never been ready. I’ve always given atleast 15-20 minutes in advance and most of the time, my ticket is just sitting in the machine and they didn’t even notice it was ordered. Giving 2 stars because the food is actually good. Service is awful.

It was as expected at this chain. The wait was longer than anticipated for a pickup order. The burger was a bit undercooked for my taste. The fries were fresh and delicious as expected. You know going in its expensive. But we all deserve a treat once in a while right.?. I would go back but based on my experience and the prices not for a good bit. Be aware it is not peanut allergy friendly jsuk.

The burger patty was dry, even with toppings, it had zero flavor.

Five guys is the only place where I can eat hamburgers without any problems during my chemotherapy. I love their bacon cheeseburger , and the people working there can pronounce my Chinese name correctly and say hi to me in Chinese!

Love My Fresh Cheeseburgers and Fries from Five Guys and When I always come in and Im greeted with a Smile from My Dude at the Cash Register as well. Always Fresh and The Staff is always Nice and In a Good Mood as Well. The Price is a little high but it's Worth it I won't lie and I always leave em a Tip because they deserve it. They work hard for the little Money they get. Place is always clean and the Food is always Fresh and Delicious. Kudos to The Employees.

The food is good but any method you can think of for ordering ahead will NOT arrive on time. Ordering for pickup on the web browser. Ordering from Doordash. Any other way you can think of, it’ll still arrive 15-20 minutes late because of the cooks. I’ve had to extend my lunch breaks at work three times just to have the time to get my food, let alone eat it. That doesn’t count the countless orders where I’ve had little time to eat because I order for pickup at 11:15 and they don’t have it ready before 11:25. Great food, terrible service
