Ordered online for a quick pick up on my break even after I arrive it took him 30 minutes to get my order ready. The whole staff had an attitude they charge us premium dollars for our food and they can’t even get the food ready in a timely manner

I’ve ordered through mobile probably 5+ times being on a time crunch and wanting to grab something quick. Literally every single time, my food has never been ready. I’ve always given atleast 15-20 minutes in advance and most of the time, my ticket is just sitting in the machine and they didn’t even notice it was ordered. Giving 2 stars because the food is actually good. Service is awful.

It was as expected at this chain. The wait was longer than anticipated for a pickup order. The burger was a bit undercooked for my taste. The fries were fresh and delicious as expected. You know going in its expensive. But we all deserve a treat once in a while right.?. I would go back but based on my experience and the prices not for a good bit. Be aware it is not peanut allergy friendly jsuk.
