Their food is usually really good. However the last 2 times I've been it's been lacking. I took my 70 yr old aunt 2 days ago and the food was super cold. When I brought it to their attention the man at the register said it's because I didn't stir it. (I worked in food for almost 20 years before changing and I know the FRESHEST is usually at the bottom so I ALWAYS get from the bottom). He said WE JUST TURNED IT UP ALL THE WAY (which tells me that someone else had to have also said something if they had just turned it up). Good way to make someone sick. Also, the noodles were little tiny pieces instead of actual noodles and the crab salad had HUGE slices of bell peppers and onions which I've never seen.
Its been while since weve been to a buffet. Walking in, looks like a nice place. We were really excited to try this. Selection seems to be slim verses other buffets we've been to in the past. I would say that the hibachi crab, peanut chicken, and crab salad was the best from my experience. I usually get hibachi because I can build my own and the taste is always great, but seems like across the board the entire buffet including hibachi lacked salt and flavor. Seems like zero salt was used in all dishes. I also noticed while my food was cooking, the cook was using his bare hands to move the raw food back to its proper containers and then proceeded to text on his phone after doing so before replating my food. Will NOT be back.

We stopped in on our way home due to the 4 star rating. The peanut chicken was a rubbery texture and couldn’t chew it, the jalapeño chicken wasn’t even like real chicken and hard, also the general tso chicken couldn’t bite into it. The crab Rangoon was empty and had nothing but grease in it. I bit into the rice and it was hard and dry. The California roll sushi was really fishy. We paid $100 for absolute inedible food.

The service is excellent,they are always there taking excess dishes and always there to help when needed.my husband is handy cap and they always make sure his walking distance is short.Ive been going there for many years and they actually make my feel like I'm very special.I love them as if they were close friends.God Bless them all they hold a special place in my heart.

The old lady waitress was extremely rude and nasty. She came to our table and yelled at us ...was super confrontational with us for no reason.. She needs a new job and should not be in the customer service/people business. Food wasnt good ... definitely was not fresh made food. Normally I do not write reviews on places but this waitress was so rude i just had to write a bad review on this place. Then to top it all off the male manager comes over and defends her by saying shes exhausted and works 6 days a week. Thats no excuse for being confontational and rude to us for no reason. I would not waste your money coming to this establishment. Spend it somewhere else that will treat you nicely. I will not be back to this buffet again.
Vegetarian options: I would not recommend this place at all to anyone... old.. not fresh food... and the waitess was rude, nasty and confrontational with us for no reason. Will not be back here ... Manager had to push her away from our table bc she wouldnt stop arguing and starting with us..male manager defended the waitress by saying she was exhausted and overworked and had to train someone... what does that have to do with her being rude to us and attacking us? That is not an excuse for her rudeness... I will not be back to this place and dont suggest anyone else go there either.

Road-trippin from Reno to Columbus, OH and got a craving for good ole'Asian buffet and Fu Yuan came up on a Google Map search. Did not disappoint! Great variety and good service! A great break from driving....

Food was cold not a great selection of of food really a tiny buffet to be honest. The food wasn't nasty it just wasn't hot. It was either hot for the fresh the put out or warm.

Not fresh and has been out too long. Came at around 8pm amd they don't close until 1030pm. Some things weren't even that warm. Normally it's pretty good........
