I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

Hard to find if you have no idea this is chili's.Price online does not match price in store. Off by almost 5.Felt in a tiny box when ordering.tucked into a corner like Togo is a bad thing. You can pick it up at the side door. Area not well labeled.

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.
Had a burger, salad, fries. The burger was pink on the inside and dripping grease, the Cesar salad was not Romain lettuce and the sauce was on the side not tossed. The fries were hot though. awesome waitress though.

The food was great. Our waitress was so kind and courteous of us. When my mom's and friend's food came out subpar, she had the kitchen remake it. The manager apologized for our dining experience not being the best since we couldn't eat together, so their plate (they shared) was taken off our bill. We had dessert after that. I've always loved chili's for its food, but also for its customer service. I'd go again.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!
