If your tag line is “Freaky Fast”, then you should at least be reasonably not slow. Ordered in the restaurant on a slow Sunday evening. Waited 10 minutes for my food and finally had to go ask for it. Still had not been made so waited another 5 minutes. They were working hard so I assume it’s all online orders. Should I stop coming in your restaurant to eat?
To make it even worse the bread was so hard it was almost inedible. I literally hit it on the table and it made a hard thud!
Jimmy John’s is my family go to, but this has happened at this location before. Any manager on duty?
I don’t have any issues at Jersey Mikes. So don’t become the next Subway.

I ordered a sandwich for delivery to my work. The sandwich was made very well but the delivery guy was very rude. He walked in and I asked if it was my order. He then continued to ignore me and throw my sandwich onto the counter.

Service was great very friendly but when you say you want EXTRA peppers and there was maybe two peppers in the whole sandwich and EXTRA onions I want extra. I’ve only found one jimmy John’s to do it the way I like but I’m not driving twenty miles for a sandwich to be made right. It shouldn’t take a rocket scientist to quite literally pile onions and peppers on a sandwich. Very friendly nonetheless and I think they just need to pay attention to the notes in the order.

Pricy Sub with thin layer of avocado spread. Very glad I ordered extra turkey because amount wasn’t generous. Tough French bread is only ‘choice’. BBQ chips were very good.

Just purchased a sandwich and a cookie and they charged me a 9% sales tax although it is only 7% in Indiana and Hendricks county. The store manager said that there has been a sales tax increase due to the new football stadium. After researching this statement from her, nothing came back that proofs her statement that the tax increased because of the stadium. I thing they charge their customers extra under the cover of sales tax!! Last time I bought there!

I will never do business with this Jimmy John's ever again! I ordered a sandwich on the app for delivery and specifically marked that I did not want horseradish sauce because I cannot eat it. When I got my sandwich It had horseradish sauce on it. I called and eventually spoke with the manager and explained to her what happened. She said that the app selection must not have gone through and that she was not able to send anyone to bring me another sandwich. I explained to her again that I am not able to eat it with horseradish sauce on it and she said I could come into the store to which I let her know that I work from home and I cannot do that. She said she would credit my account and asked me if the phone number I called in on was the correct one and I said it was. This has been 4 days ago and she has still never credited my account for the $15 I paid for a sandwich!!!! Horrible customer service and a horrible manager!

I asked for extra lettuce on a turkey tom and they didn’t do it. Also barely any turkey on it. Jimmy Johns has gone downhill at least this location.

Okay JJ, this will be th last time I order from your sandwich shop again, I'm over the incompetence of not paying attention to the ticket in front of you. How hard is it to read a ticket that has check marks or the item name written on the ticket for you to see how the orders should be made, leavingitemsoff a sandwich, not putting items in the bag is unprofessionalism? Someone is not expediting the orders & that's why you ALWAYS have to check your order before you pay & tip your driver. It's not brain surgery. I do not recommend this sandwich shop to anyone they'll just keep messing your order up. It's not worth it. Zerooooo's across the board, it needs to go out of business, or find new employees/management!!

Don’t order with Door Dash. Took an hour for delivery and the food quality was pitiful. Neither the store location or Door Dash took any responsibility or action to make this right for the long wait or food quality.
