If customer chooses breast it is extra 2 dollars. Food never prep. You got to wait and keep asking is food radey?

First time I’ve been there in a long time. Food was good, kid that brought our food to counter polite. All tables were dirty, even after they slowed down and we were only ones there no one cleaned.

Ordered food from them. Ordered a 12 piece only got 8 and the biscuits were smashed onto the chicken. Normally prefer KFC but pass on this location. That is twice they have messed up orders.

I was happy to have some fresh food that I love :)
Went through the drive thru to get food, used a coupon. The worker was frustrated that I used a coupon. Then got home they forgot a side, my dipping sauce, and shorted me on my chicken tenders. It’s crazy to me they are asking for tips for a holiday party, yeah definitely glad I didn’t support that. Very disappointed. 12/22 8pm
