I went there and ordered a famous bowl, Mac and cheese, and some chicken strips. After 10 minutes of patiently waiting, I went to ask them what was taking so long and was notified that the cook just started cooking new chicken strips just because I reminded them that I was waiting on them. They seem nonchalant and uncaring. I'm still waiting and it's been 20 minutes so far

We ordered food in the app, go to pick it up, brought it home, missing an entire meal, the sides of all the other meals, drinks were wrong, tried calling MULTIPLE times and they answered and hung up. The owner needs to hire people that aren't so high they can do their job. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Was just there. Stood at the counter waiting to order for several minutes. Never seen so many employees work so hard to not make eye contact or look at me. Walked out. Even a manager just straight up wouldn't make eye contact.

The 1 star is for the store being in better condition than others I've been to in the area & for the side dishes being good. The service and the chicken were not good. We arrived to find a door sign saying they would only be drive thru. If someone had just politely told us to go through drive thu for our pick up, we would have. The door was unlocked, we followed a female in, she hollared out to a male worker and disappeared in the back. We stood at the counter and waited maybe an awkward 5 min, while (who we assumed was the on duty manager because of the way he was dressed) the manager GLARED at us the WHOLE TIME!! I smiled at him, and he literally continued to flipping GLARE AT ME!!!! Never broke his glare, except to continue working on food orders behind the wall. Shocked, I was, to say the least, and offended. I am going to be contacting KFC about this. I was honestly uncomfortable feeding my family food that was prepared by someone who apparently has so much hate towards their customers while they prepare their food. This person NEVER talks to us or does anything to help us. Only glares. The drive-thru worker finally came over and then handed us a bag that had been sitting on the counter, since before we walked in. This interaction was so awkward, I felt nauseous about eating the food afterwards. Everything looked fine so we served it but the chicken sucked. We had to travel to get it and to take it home. That's not anyone's fault but our own. We'll consider it being cold our own fault but why was it soggy and not crunchy AT ALL? It was the worst KFC chicken I've probably ever had. It was probably the worst KFC interaction we've ever had and in such a short amount of time in reality, it only took maybe 5 minutes. Save your money, go somewhere else. Atleast dont go while their nightshift is there. 🤢 This night manager, the male on shift, needs to be replaced. When your staff makes me feel unwanted by glaring at me, after I spend more than I wanted to for dinner anyways, at that point I would have rather just gave them the chicken back and gotten my money back honestly. Next time I'll cook the chicken myself and will taste much better than what we just were served and I won't have the anxiety of dealing with your HATEFUL staff.

Did not start preparing an order set for pickup at 12:45 until after 12:45 and then didn't have all the food ready. Workers have terrible attitudes and don't really seem to care

Got drive thru about 920 needed 2 pot pies and Benji and Joe were very professional said they need to check to see if that have anymore bc it’s a hott item…they checked and luckily they 2 left and made em fresh just for our order….benji and joe were kind and informative and IMO the A team for this location and well deserving of a 5 star review
