Went through the drive thru to get food, used a coupon. The worker was frustrated that I used a coupon. Then got home they forgot a side, my dipping sauce, and shorted me on my chicken tenders. It’s crazy to me they are asking for tips for a holiday party, yeah definitely glad I didn’t support that. Very disappointed. 12/22 8pm

Went through drive thru after work with my family on 11/6/2024 at 8:30pm. Man taking order was as rude as can be and acted like we were annoying him by being there. If taking orders from customers is bothering him that bad then he chose the wrong job. We left and Went to Arby's instead we can always count on their service.

Drive thru was closed, when I got inside, nobody to take orde, only the Kiosk. 😟 I was paying cash, took a mon for someone to assist with that, but I let him know he was appreciated and I preferred him and his smiling face over the computer that was fustrating, as I sit here kids in back are playing on phones, dishing themselves up and eating, belching and drinking, maybe 2 out of abt 5 people seem to be working

I was treated very badly on Monday Oct 14th. Tried to order a two piece Chicken box with two thighs. I was told I couldn't have two thighs. After arguing with the young individual he said they were low on Chicken. It was 5:00 pm why are you low on Chicken?? That's ok Popeye's had plenty.
I was happy to have some fresh food that I love :)
