Little Caesars Pizza

PU time was 5:33, had to wait another 30 minutes before it was done. The cashier spoke so low and softly, I had difficulty hearing anything he said. There were only two workers, I extended my patience.

Upon arriving and ordering we observed several people come in and be told there order was lost and they have to remake it. Our order was just some bread sticks and it did take about 25 minutes to receive them with all the confusion.

They got our order wrong, then blamed us and told us they weren’t going to do anything to make it right. Avoid this location.

The place would be OK if it didn't take 45 minutes to get a pizza that is supposed to be hot and ready. The service here is very slow and that's being generous.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Little Caesars today compels me to speak out. The service has plummeted while prices have skyrocketed. I ordered 30 minutes ago and was informed it would take an additional 25 minutes to receive just a couple of pizzas. I was the first customer in the store, yet I was told three orders were ahead of me, despite only one car in the drive-thru.
To make matters worse, the atmosphere was unprofessional. The manager repeatedly instructed the staff to stop joking around, while a young employee made aggressive comments about physically confronting someone. Whether it was meant as a joke or not, it’s unacceptable in a professional setting.
I paid over the equivalent of a tank of gas for two pizzas and waited almost an hour. This experience has me seriously reconsidering my loyalty. Sure, Papa John’s might cost a bit more, but at least I can expect my order to be hot and ready. Little Caesars needs to address these issues or risk losing customers to competitors who value both service and quality.

This one in Plainfield is terrible the time is awful I always end up waiting 30 to 40 minutes to get my food I order one pizza and breadsticks tonight I went waited 30 minutes went in and they still have not put my pizza in the oven or my breadsticks told me it would be another 10 to 15 minutes this is ridiculous

It's okay.. the wait was very long. Both times I went there... and the pizza bite things did not have any sauce -_- BOTH TIMES. smh

I can only speak fir my experiences which I order lunch times during the week Tues- Fridays between 11am and 3 pm.

The staff is always friendly and the food is fresh. Now, I try to remember to take a picture of their new cheese steak Puffs, but those things are so frigging good, I stuff them down before I remember to take a picture. Not even kidding. So I'm gonna give you a photo of the box.

I think Little Caesars is the best tasting fast food pizza I've ever had. The US 40 location near Meijer always has fresh, delicious food. I highly recommend if you are looking for cheap, good pizza to feed your family (or yourself) on a lazy day.

Put in order for a single pizza an hour early got there at scheduled time had to wait over an hour thin crust pizza was cold. Second time with similar experience won't be back to this location.
Update: called store and allegedly have a free pizza.

People have been waiting 45 mins+ for a single pizza. The workers seem to just be walking around not knowing what to do. Food was also cold when we got it.

Done with this location, this evening was a disaster. Ive never been anywhere where the employees are screaming at each other and the manger just starts yelling names and closing orders. It was wild, there was no real communication with customers. One customer had to ask repeatedly for a refund on an order he had placed over an hour before i got there, it wasnt even made yet. I waited for an hour, walked out with the wrong pizzas and zero energy to want to fight the staff. My wrong pizza was still good, but my spouses pizza was really unpleasant. It was clear they momentarily lost that pizza. They managed to find the pizzas that one guy ordered, but they were about 45 mins too late. Chaos.

Wasn't happy with the wing meal deal....lol the wings were the size of quail legs. When I want wings I'm expecting at least a good size hen chicken 🍗 💯😊😆

The lady was very sweet gave my daughter some cookies. My daughter decided to give them to her sister because she's autistic and Loves animal cookies. She loved them
