I stopped by on Fridays after picking my granddaughter up from preschool. The manager Amber is awesome. My gbaby likes to order so when I pull up to the window Amber does the whole greeting over talking to her in the backseat. Always telling her thank u come see us again. My gbaby loves it. Amber really goes the extra to make the visit special. Thank you for that...

Order was not complete. Missing items and it was a large order. Opened a pizza to find a hair. Called to request a refund for the missing items and the tainted pizza.
They refused and stated that I had to return the pizza and they would replace but not refund. After finding hair in it I had no interest in another one.
Manager was extremely rude and didn’t get on the phone until I got very upset. Instead she yelled across the kitchen telling a staff member what to say. She ultimately hung up on me twice and the issue still not corrected. I plan to contact corporate but I feel all consumers should be aware of the service they will receive if the business fails to complete your orders correctly.
Sad customer service.

Normally is my husband favorite pizza but definitely not this one.

They were so kind and helpful!! I thought I ordered pizzas for my husband’s birthday but I guess I didn’t place the order. They were so understanding & very kind & got my pizzas out in under 15 mins! We ordered 6 pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks. Great job, Little Caesars!! We will be back for sure.

Good pizza, but expect a 15 min wait if you order any of there specialty pizzas.

The first time I went to this Little Caesars, I ordered online, went to pick up at the time the website told me, and ended up waiting 45 minutes.

The second time I went there, I ordered online, went in, and found a bunch of people who had been waiting for their orders at least an hour. Staff were upset and shouting unpleasant things about one of the drive through customers. There was a lot of shouting and arguing in the kitchen. Waited 15 minutes, and it became clear that no one was getting food any time soon, then I requested a refund and left. Ordered Dominos online from the car, and it was ready practically by the time we drove there. Staff at Dominos were calm and pleasant. I know staff at LC were trying their best. One time I can cross off as a bad night. After the second time, I think this place has serious issues.

There won't be a third time I go to this Little Caesars.

The food is reasonably priced, which is understandable given the value. However, it would be helpful for customers to be informed of estimated wait times. Providing an expected timeframe for food preparation would help manage expectations, as waiting over 20 minutes without any communication can give the impression that the order has been overlooked.

Never have hot an ready pizza anytime I have been. Will not be back to this location in Plainfield.

App was acting up, and the crew was cool and attentive. Pizza and crust were baked to perfection 👌

I do enjoy little caesars pizza puffs but to pay 1.49 for a half filled pizza sauce cup is very dissapointing. When brought to the attention of the service clerk she simply stated she was sorry. They obviously fill tge cups in house so it appears as though they ate jusy tryong to save pennies.

I asked for extra sauce on my pizza and paid for it. When I got home there was barely a swipe of sauce in the middle the rest was just all crust. I called and the manager told me that I was lying because he made the pizza himself. When I went to pick up the replacement he said Merry Christmas!.. it’s July?!
The worst customer service I have ever seen.
I wish I could upload a photo of that pizza.
