Little Caesars Pizza

The first time I went to this Little Caesars, I ordered online, went to pick up at the time the website told me, and ended up waiting 45 minutes.

The second time I went there, I ordered online, went in, and found a bunch of people who had been waiting for their orders at least an hour. Staff were upset and shouting unpleasant things about one of the drive through customers. There was a lot of shouting and arguing in the kitchen. Waited 15 minutes, and it became clear that no one was getting food any time soon, then I requested a refund and left. Ordered Dominos online from the car, and it was ready practically by the time we drove there. Staff at Dominos were calm and pleasant. I know staff at LC were trying their best. One time I can cross off as a bad night. After the second time, I think this place has serious issues.

There won't be a third time I go to this Little Caesars.

The food is reasonably priced, which is understandable given the value. However, it would be helpful for customers to be informed of estimated wait times. Providing an expected timeframe for food preparation would help manage expectations, as waiting over 20 minutes without any communication can give the impression that the order has been overlooked.

Never have hot an ready pizza anytime I have been. Will not be back to this location in Plainfield.

App was acting up, and the crew was cool and attentive. Pizza and crust were baked to perfection 👌

I do enjoy little caesars pizza puffs but to pay 1.49 for a half filled pizza sauce cup is very dissapointing. When brought to the attention of the service clerk she simply stated she was sorry. They obviously fill tge cups in house so it appears as though they ate jusy tryong to save pennies.

I asked for extra sauce on my pizza and paid for it. When I got home there was barely a swipe of sauce in the middle the rest was just all crust. I called and the manager told me that I was lying because he made the pizza himself. When I went to pick up the replacement he said Merry Christmas!.. it’s July?!
The worst customer service I have ever seen.

I called to order a pizza and was told “just give me a second” when they answered the phone. I then waited on hold for 16 minutes and at that point I finally just drove there and went in. I explained to them I was upset because I called to order a pizza and they forgot about me then the lady I was taking to got rude. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and she said “rudely we can’t do that “ when I know you can because my brother used to work here. Do better honestly. Don’t play with my time and then be rude because I’m upset.

They were more than kind to me and my kids. I recommend visiting this location because the staff is phenomenal and kind.

I tried placing my order online, but I got an error stating the web site was having technical difficulties and they were not able to complete my order. I tried to call and place order, but unfortunately they placed me on hold and hung up. I went into the store to place order but was told they wasn’t unable to give me the sale price as this sale was only available online and they could not give me the sale price. I was very disappointed with the customer service I received..

Pizza is not the same as the photo. I expected a layer of toasted cheese around the edge as it is in the photo. all they did was , made a regular pizza, and put different pepperoni on it.

Couldn't order ahead?!

Every time I’ve been there I’ve had to walk back in because the staff forgot something but they act like they don’t care & that’s fine but there are plenty of little Caesar’s around so no worries finding somewhere that can get an order right.

This location always has good service, and the pizza is always good. I tried the new Pepperoni pizza puffs today, and that was really good. The breadsticks are just okay, not bad with cheese sauce. Overall, it's a deal for the cost and the flavor.
