We didn’t stay for the food. The server came over and got our drink order, came back with them on a tray , she knocked my husband’s water over picking it up and drenched my husband and the booth. She apologized and walked away and waited on another table. Really? This was the whole glass of water not just a sprinkle. The booth was soaked and so were my husband’s pants. She never even offered a towel. Nope not coming back

We got lucky with a good server. She was taking care of the bar and 6 tables. We sat at the bar. She apologized for delays, due to her doing double duty. She still did an amazing job, refilling drinks, making sure our food was good, and much more.

Rolls were like hockey pucks, fried mushrooms were cold when we got them. Our salads had brown lettuce and so much dressing it was drowning in it. Our steaks were ok but we're a little under cooked. We ate them because we were afraid to send them back. The waitress took forever to do anything and when she was at the table she kept talking/ rambling about other stuff ...she seemed to us to be on drugs or something. We asked for refills which we never got. We love Logan's usually. This was the WORST experience at any Logan's we've ever been to.

That was one of the worst ribeye medium rare steaks I have had. Very chewy steak. I really dont think it was a ribeye although it did have LOTS of fat on it. My dog will be happy about that.

We sat in aggy section . We received great customer service . We order steak it was cooked perfectly. First time at Logan’s roadhouse and I will go back if I visit this city again
We have made it a habit to stop here whenever we are passing through (which seems to be more often than we ever expected). It's out of the way, but when your trip is 16 hours, the extra 20 min is worth it. The Logan with cinnamon apples and a loaded sweet potato!

Our server was wonderful, but the food has really gone down in quality. My ribeye was so tough and chewy that I literally choked on it and my spouse's crabcakes were so overcooked and hard and crunchy he could hardly eat them and he said there was so liitle crab in them he couldn't even taste it. We had both only taken 2 or 3 bites of our food, and when we told our server he was very apologetic and spoke to the manager to try and remedy the situation. The manager refused to replace anything and didn't even send apologies. Will never be back.
