Great service. Some of the food was good, but one dish I got was atrocious. Not saying I won't return, I just know what not to order.
I went on June 1st to celebrate my wedding day. Marriage is for the strong and it's a nonstop job. Anyhow, it was a good experience. I'm a soul food person and the food was tasty. The waitress was honest but fun. The wait time was right on time I just left church.
Worst place ever horrible food and service
2nd time eating here the food was horrible. Pretty sure they served frozen shrimp that were old. They wre flavorless and bland and very chewy. Will never eat there again.
Higher than it used to be but food was good
We order cocktail it wasn't good..we ordered beer battered fish not good
Want be back
The Peach Long Island was delicious & the sliders and loaded potato skins were all very good. đđ» for first time visit
We had a party of 13 and we were seated immediately. They had 2 waitresses for us, and the service was very fast, especially considering our party size. The wait staff was courteous and the food was great!
Our waitress was amazing and I wish ad asked her name. We were in a really good mood all night and were a little rowdy. But she was incredibly nice and put up with our antics and had fun too.
This is a must go place. The waitress was spot on, polite and very aware of the dishes she brought out. She didn't get anything mixed up and also tried to make us comfortable.

Steak was awful. We ordered a New York and a fillet. The New York steak tasted like dog food. The fillet was tasteless. It was so bad I had to send it back. I was informed that Steve tne manager would be charging us the additional cost which I was fine with. Now my meal is cold and Steve came out and was Rude. I always give compliments to most restaurants. Loganâs deserved this rebuke. Absolutely terrible Steak. Our drinks were empty and tne shining light was Larry who comped my Steak. Larry needs to be the Manager. He genuinely cares.
He said he would talk with Heather the GM tomorrow. Larry is a valuable manager. Steve was Rude. We wonât be back. I was prepared to spend over $100.
Steve was and is the reason for this review. He could care less. He made a smart ass remark.
Loganâs need to buy their steaks from another vendor. They are NOT near as good as Long Horn or Texas Road house. Or even Outback.
Thanks Steve for ruining our dinner. When you take the time to go out to eat and spend over $100. A certain level of service and quality food is warranted.
Loganâs in Plainfield is a very disappointing experience.
We came at 1:45 pm . The lunch crowd was leaving, so we ended up neing the only table there. The salad was great. The rolls and baked potatoes were not fresh. The NYsteaks had a funky flavor and weakly seasoned. We ordered both medium-rare. Mine came medium. Our server got busy rolling silverware and we had to go find her to get our check. We have $43 left on a gift card and we will giving it away. We will NOT be going back.
Worst food we have had. Our steaks were not cooked correctly food had no flavor. Storm hit while we were there tonight building leaking . Manager reused to talk to us about steaks or even come and speak with us. Our server was very pleasant and apologetic.
Everything was great. I'd high recommend the Beef Alfredo, It's counter intuitive. But really really good
The service was very lackluster. We wanted over an hour for our meals while with 3 children. There were multiple tables that arrived after us with the same number of parties and received their food before us.
