The service was great from the ladies here. The food was terrible even after it was freshly cooked. The chicken was so rubbery. I use to love LJS but I won't be back because it's the but the same food.

This place is trash. Honestly the run down appearance is better than the service. Had what looked like dudes that just got out of jail working there. They didn't give 2 ish about the quality or accuracy of the orders. Doubt this place will be running much longer.

Had a difficult day and ran throug drive thru to grab dinner… the manager was truly a kind and professional person, very patient kind!!! Kindness is underrated in this day and age… by its value still is priceless

So at 8:30 at night the drive thru is closed? This is why Long John Silver is closing down everywhere cause they can't get business right, should be Long John clowns with the people working here and corporate are the biggest clowns for not doing their jobs. Bunch of trash so don't eat here and the managers need to be fired and corporate needs to rethink how to run a business. Look forward to this place closing and we won't be back. Find a Captain D's people or catch and fry your own fish. Unbelievable.

Locations like this are what destroy great companies. The time says open to 11pm you get there and they're closed at 10pm show up the next day and they say we're closed because we're cleaning the fryers, but everyone is outside smoking. I love their food but the service here sucks this was one of the last LJS to be the best it has become a nightmare. I'm done ✌🏿 the food is great but the employees clearly aren't doing their job.
I drove 30 minutes for the food. online it says closes at 11:00. I pull up at 10:14pm. Lights out. I call no answer. Unacceptable. Do better.
Update: tried it again today 05/24/25. Pulled up at 9:50. 2 workers standing outback smoking with the door open. Pull up they stated we're closed. I said online it states 11:00, its Saturday the sign on the door even states 11:00pm. He states we're cleaning the fryer so we're closed for the night. What is going on with this establishment? What can I do to get some LJS?

Food is usually good, fresh actually, but every time I've been here it's horribly kept. Floors and tables are always dirty, condiment stand needs improvement, and is always a mess, I know times are hard with staffing and such, but the staff are poorly dressed like they don't care. It adds to the atmosphere. The place needs some influx of money to make some upgrades to the bathrooms, because for a month theirs been only one bathroom due to maintenance issues. If you get those issues in order I think you'll have more people coming in to eat.

Staff are great food was great but the store is really run down and the floors were slippery like to much cleaner was left on the floor. They were not wet but felt grimy.
