Doordash, everything was fresh and hot, so delicious! I was just upset because they didn't give me enough sauces for everything that I ordered so everything was very hard to eat. I asked for a good amount of sauces when I ordered. The only you gave me three tartar sauce two honey mustards and no ketchup. I was really upset about that because I'm in a hotel so I didn't have any sauces handy.

I love a good fish place but the last time we went some of the fish was not in the box and they recooked the hush puppies until you couldnt bite into them they were very hard. I used to love long John Silvers. What happened?

Was delicious, batter seemed to be clean and crisp. Always makes for a good experience when that's the case. Service was quick and friendly.
I have not been there for 10 years decided to give it a try and was really disappointed not from the staff but from the quality of food , fish and chicken got smaller hushpuppies taste like fried bread quality in general went down corn looked so bad I didn’t touch it it mixed old dry with new corn would I go there again maybe after 10 years to see if they improved anything there

So we decided to have Long John Silvers for dinner , well let me tell ya that was a bad choice tonight .. we ordered through drive-thru and got the FISH, CHICKEN & SHRIMP WITH (2) sides , fries and coleslaw, for me and my lady for $16.00 , well after we sat in drive-thru for roughly 18 mins we got our food and drove home we get home an open box and I started laughing we had 2 small pieces of chicken and 1 piece of fish and 2 little pieces of shrimp and 1 hush puppy and NO FRIES and container of coleslaw , so I called them and went back and it was worse the second time and it all tasted like garbage was VERY DISAPPOINTING . Wasent offered anything extra for there screw up and the gas it cost to go back, so needless to say to say I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to a Hungary cat !!!! Horrible experience.

I placed an order online and ordered 2 combo meal of fish and chicken. In both boxes there was only fish. The batter was every where and uneven so I took it back. When I got to the counter the first guy was extremely nice and said the manager will need to fix it and the manager starter screaming in front of customers WELL WHY DID LOOK IN THE BOX assuming I was a doordasher picking up an order. He came over and said he wasn't giving me free food and I told him I didn't take anything out the boxes and he looked and said FINE. Extremely rudely at which point I told him to keep the food and just give me my money back. And then he started complaining he didn't have time for that because he needed to call the help desk. He eventually called and it took him 15 minutes to get me a refund when he could've just been polite and gave me what I ordered im the first place.
