Stop and got my wife and I dinner after work. Ordered fish shrimp and chicken patters with fries and Cole slaw got the dinners on 4 19 24 at 3:45 pm. Waited 20 minutes to get meals drove 20 minutes home thru Friday night traffic to find out they didn't put any cole slaw in bag with the dinners. They charged me for two but didn't give them to me. I probably won't stop there again. If this is how it is run they suck and it wasn't that busy. Sorry excuse for a business that is dependent on the public.

been a long time since lv been to a Long John Silvers and this location has hot, fresh, delicious fish and shrimp ~ every time..stocky guy w/the beard (actually theres 2, l think the shorter one is the mgr? but hes Always working! giv him a raise..)staff is friendly and they work in team fashion to make the food quick..5 stars easy..Parking: easy lot right off rt 4O

The ceiling lights and vent are very dirty behind the register and cooking area, on slow days the food should be cooked to order, food is not fresh.

First girl at counter was rude and disrespectful.... 2nd she walked off... no clean trys boys cooking flipping each other off... food sucks way over cooked I got 9 srimp to go paid $10.11 just to feed the birds if thay will eat it hard rubber way over cooked.... very sad lady in front of me was not happy with her service as well some one needs to clean house if you don't wount to work and feed people than find a job you can do..........

The facility itself was very unkept. Grime and dust everywhere from the ceiling and fixtures to oozing out from behind the counter on the floor. I should have taken that as a warning. Either the fries had thawed before they were cooked or the fry oil hasn't been changed for a very long time. I requested a new batch of fries and they still tasted horrible. Both my coworker and I regretted eating there the next two days.

I'm not sure who the guy was in charge when we dined here today but he had an amazing, welcoming personality! First, he was helping an elderly lady order her meal since she was having trouble hearing. Then he raved about how a young teenage boy employee was a dedicated worker after the boy made a tiny error during our order. He ran out to help a guy with his order that was taking an extra minute. A woman with 2 small children came in and he brought them out coloring books and crayons so she could order their food and get things together. Last, he stopped at each table to make sure everyone's food was to their liking and chatted a few extra minutes with an elderly woman since she was dining alone. These types of employees are rare so I wanted to give a shout out to the older gentleman working today. Thanks for a great dining experience!
