Sunday 7thFood: Waste of money. Loaded baked potato was not loaded. I wish I had taken a picture and asked for it to be fixed. 1 black olive sliced up, 1/2 piece of bacon that I had to cut up, less than an ounce of ham and cheese, and no turkey,Atmosphere: Cashier yelling back and forth joking around with supervisor? We almost left but she finally shut up.We won't be back, I can spend money elsewhere.

This is the second time I’ve ordered a loaded baked potato from this location through door dash, the laziness of the staff to where they can’t cut up the bacon is ridiculous. This is not how it’s served when you dine in. Bacon bits not bacon slices.

Through online orders: I always ask for lemon with my tea and never get it. I also ask for extra butter and sour cream with a giant spud- which would seem proportional to the giant spud- I also did not receive extra.

With a small appetite me and sister were able to share half a spud max and chicken club. Very very delicious and tea is always outstanding. 10/6/23 everything was delicious, had the French dip and it is well worth a try!!

Walked floors were sticky and had trash on floor . A few employees just standing at the counter talking for a while before they acknowledged me. Asked where I could get my pickup order guy pointed said down there. I didn't know there was a pickup shelf and stood at the register for 5 mins while the blonde haired employee looked at me and just kept walking past without saying anything or asking what I needed. I said excuse me and she just kept walking. Then a nice customer pointed out the pickup shelf. i didn’t notice it because I came through the front. I was walking out when I noticed the same rude service being given to another customer. They kept talking and ignoring the customer. I get people don't want to work and young kids are working these jobs but being polite and acknowledging a customer doesn't take much effort.
