This is a great place to go if you want your food INTENTIONALLY messed up. It's not that damn hard if someone says they want extra of something on their sandwich to give them that extra. If you don't have extra just say that. This isn't the first time they've done this either and I'm not the first or the last one they've done it to.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten at. When I first walked in, one of the employees was arguing with a customer about charging her $0.27 for each pack of ketchup. I waited forever to get my food and then when I finally got it, the fries were ice cold like they had just come out of the refrigerator and looked all burnt up. There were zero napkins out and there was trash literally all over the restaurant with not a single clean table. I went back up to the counter to get napkins and the Mexican lady working in the back turned around and walked out after asking! While eating, there were four different couples waiting at the counter for at least twenty minutes because no one was even in the back! They all left! After around 45 minutes someone finally came to the counter that must’ve been on second shift and helped the long line in the restaurant. I couldn’t believe it! AVOID THIS MCDONALDS AT ALL COSTS!!!

The server took my food to the wrong table and after few minutes took it back and gave to me. I don’t know what people did to my food.

Ordered from McDonald's. Food was delivered. Company charged me twice (only delivered one).
Contacted McDonald's. They advised I need to contact the delivery driver (DoorDash).
Um, no order was made to DoorDash, we made our order at McDonald's.
Reached out to DoorDash—without an account, cannot do anything, need to contact the merchant that duplicated the order.
Drove up to McDonald's and got told nope, nothing can be done.
I am just out because they duplicated the order.

First I ordered a meal two doubles cook to order plain and told them i was allaergic to onion . I got pulled and sat for 20 minutes then I drive back around to be told I was forgotten about and they would take care of it. After that was all said in done they gave me 2 stone cold burgers with extra onions knowing I was allergic to this item. So I call the store and the manager says he would write my name down and to come back tomorrow for a remake and I agreed easy right? We'll today i went back and was told he's not in right now so you half to come back to that specific manager to have ur food remade they refused to help and they refused to fix what they messed up this could potentially lead to a lawsuit we will see.
