Waited over 20m in curbside for a meal. Ended up calling addressing after the order disappeared from my app saying that it had been handled, etc. They apologized and said someone was headed out. When got the food, it was luke-warm. Yes, lunch rush, sure. I get it. However, when I see a car that would've been right in front of me leave, then roughly 10 other cars go thru drive thru as well. Could definitely tell food was left sitting.

Average day today. Food not hot yet not cold. Bottom bun was hardened. Mocha Frappe was and normally is good. Newer building within last 2 years.
Parking: Busy McDonald’s. Always has been. Parking easy to find. When busy the traffic flow around building is “Driver Beware”.
