This is one of the worst McDonald’s in Hendricks county for sure. It’s the same thing everytime I go there. They have an automated person answering the speaker asking for a code but when you tell them the code no one will answer and tell you they got it or anything and 4 cars go by the other lane so I get upset and just pull up and when I get to the window it’s obvious no one heard my code. When I go at night I could be sitting at the speaker for 10 minutes with no answer and someone is answering the other side taking orders. The management needs to be on top of their crew to promptly take people’s orders. I’ve mentioned something to someone at the window that no one was taking orders for lane 2 and they had to go get someone to put on a headset. The lack of management is appalling.

I'm allergic to cheese. I put no cheese or say no cheese. And when i get my order THERE'S ALWAYS CHEESE!! Can't they ever get it right? My wrapper said no cheese on my sausage Mcmuffin went to take a bite and there's the cheese. Should've took a bite. I could've had a law suit. 😕

I got a 10 piece, LG fries and LG drink. Nuggets were cold and so were the fries. Not to the first time for cold food Gentleman at the cash window was nice but the other guy was very quiet and no smile. Getting tired of cold food!

The Big Mac was not even warm this makes the second time I have tried them both times bad Big Mac.Food and service is very bad , buns are old every time honestly they need to be reported to their corporate office.

I ordered a Steak bagel from here, and it wasn't bad at all. Had to stop somewhere before an interview and was hungry. Only place in route to my location. Anyways, one of the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. Other customers were very friendly and well mannered. Hard to say that at any location nowadays. Food came out as I had chosen to dine in and it came out. One of the workers greeted me and gave me my food and was super nice. Miss that type of hospitality. Yall should visit and check them out.
We go to this location a lot. The staff is always friendly and professional. We use the drive-thru all the time. We always check our food before leaving.

The staff were friendly, and the location on W Main St is convenient and easy to access. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend giving it a try!
