I ordered table service & they sat my food upfront on the pickup order’s counter.. I saw one of the employees physically taking other peoples orders to their tables.. I ended up throwing the food away & finished feeding my grandson & left. I will not be back to this location.

Been a loyal customer for a long time, but just tired of the bad service. stopped for a pumpkin spice and sandwich. ordered thru the app (a scam I have figured out), don't get the pumpkin spice and wait 15 minutes to not get my money back. Don't use the app. I have been burned by not getting items a lot lately. Will just go to the local coffee shops. They are more, but much better service. You lost a everyday customer McDonalds.

Consistently bad service. Everyone seems like they hate being there and bothered to get your orders, and order is always missing something. Today’s experience: manager YELLING at staff that she “Can’t even go to the bathroom”. If I were going to close a location, this would be it.

It's fast food, but even for fast food it's really not holding up. The prices keep going up but that hasn't come with the food getting better. Instead it's really getting worse. Flavors don't hit the same. There's chemically after taste to a lot of things that I don't think was always there.
Vegetarian options: There is nothing for vegetarians here. You could go for fries and a drink but that's no meal

It's alright not bad, I went in on a bad day, some very rude and annoying teenagers where eating there. If they weren't there then the atmosphere would have been better.

Food was warm not hot. Usual expectation of McDonalds. Service? Well, had to take my own order. No receipt was dispensed. The young lady that brought our food out brought no drink cups......I asked her for a receipt and looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. She was a full blooded American so I know it wasn't a language barrier. She was unwilling to get my receipt and pretty much never did. Atmosphere....it is McDonalds.....there is none.
