Tim was awesome! I don’t frequent McDonalds much and this time I had a late night ice cream run and Tim’s customer service was great. Despite the late hour. Tim provided outstanding customer service that truly stood out.
He was very polite and attentive. It’s rare to encounter someone so upbeat and professional, especially during a late-night shift, but Tim’s positive attitude made the experience memorable.

I came in a few minutes ago on my lunch break, I got the $5 meal deal, and they complete messed up. I didn’t get any fries at all, nor did I get sauces. The nuggets are cold as well. Terrible service, I shouldn’t have to worry about taking my food to go and driving back to work to eat it only to find out I didn’t get everything. I hope I can get my money back because this is ridiculous.. I want to also add, I didn’t get sweet tea. I don’t even know what this is. It’s like Fanta, water, and juice. Won’t be coming back.

Wouldn't give me a cup of water in the drive-thru. I bought $10 worth of food, and they want to charge a dollar for town water. Went inside and flushed a toilet twice lol I'm not coming back man there's other McDonald's in town geez
The drive-through is not a real drive-through they make everyone park and it takes an extra five minutes to get your food. Go to Wendy’s instead.

I visited this McDonald’s during the afternoon shift and had one of the worst experiences ever. The male manager on duty was incredibly disrespectful, especially toward women customers. When I brought up an issue with my order, instead of listening and addressing it professionally, he rudely dismissed me and even accused me of being a liar.
I was shocked by his unprofessionalism and how he raised his voice in front of other customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position. It was clear he lacked basic respect and customer service skills.
McDonald’s is supposed to be a welcoming place for everyone, but this manager’s attitude and actions ruined that experience. I hope corporate takes this seriously and provides proper training or replaces individuals who fail to uphold the company’s standards. I will not be returning to this location until these issues are addressed.
This place is the worst McDonald's I have ever seen. You will never get what you order and they are just rude and clueless, not a place you take your kids to eat.

I did a mobile order. The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh! Everything was included that I needed for my order. The delivery person was very nice!

Had to wait nearly ten minutes for 2 large fountain drinks, 2 small fries, and a medium frappe... Yeah this one needs work. The guy thats working the headset for the drive through is rude as well, so be warned.
