Grabbed dinner tonight and made it all the way home before realizing half my order was missing!! I get these things happen so I called the store because the help section on the McDonalds app said to, 6 times in a row with no answer. I’m not driving 20 minutes back tonight to grab my order, I just want a refund

Do not EVER go to this mcdonalds. Ive been there 3 times and every time I go it's terrible. Either the food is cold, it takes too long, or somethings wrong with my order. Today it's a combination of all 3! After waiting 10 minutes in drive thru for my food, it wasn't my order, so I had to go in and get my food inside, it's been 30 minutes since this whole ordeal started. Now I won't be able to eat my lunch, AND I'm late for work. Good job mcdonalds.

Just went through the drive through with a total of $8.37 at the window and was said outloud by the guy at the window. After paying and getting the receipt I realized they charged me $9.47. I drove back around and told them the problem, the rude guy that took the place of the other man then rang it il and said no I owed them more he said the guy in front of me paid for my meal at $8.37 and I paid for his at $9.47 but now mine is more. So not only did they confuse the orders made both customers pay the wrong amount demanded to see my bank account where I was charged but now demanded and I mean demanded the guy yelled out the window I need to pay more. I refused as they screwed up on numerous fronts and mine was paid for by the other customer and visa versa. Rude disrespectful and bad at their jobs. Not to mention the main rude guy is one of their managers. The only nice thing about the whole experience was the female manager she was understanding, said she would talk and retrain her crew and said everything was good with the pay, then the larger guy decided to yell again so I just pulled off. Also, as all McDonald’s their frappe machine was down.

First let me start by asking, when is it acceptable for an employee of mcdonalds to wear crocs to work. Second, no hairnet while walking through the grill area with all that hair. Third, when is acceptable to argue with a customer. I ordered buy 1 get 1 for a dollar double cheeseburgers and buy 1 get 1 for a dollar small fries. Upon checking my receipt after getting my order and not the 2nd fry, it wasn't on the receipt. I nicely told the employee that he mistakenly didn't add the 2nd fry and he proceeds to argue with me that I did not say 2 small fries. Instead of saying, my mistake I didn't hear you. Well, if you weren't chewing your gum so loud while taking my order, you might have heard me. Please Smith Management, if an employee comes to work wearing crocs or sandal, send them home. Last time I worked there, it was black non slip soles shoes and you used to be pretty strict about this.

I’m so irritated with this place. Came in to have a family lunch and I ordered our food and we sat for 25 minutes. Yeah I was giving them time because we had a lot, but when I went up to check on it I got told they threw the ticket away. That’s just plain lazy and disrespectful. I can tell you right now, I’m never coming back to this McDonald’s

Used Mobile app to get food. We pulled up and didn’t get our drink which was OJ. Jason, the manager told us to pull up and we didn’t order a meal. We did order a meal, my mobile app shows that. He was extremely rude and rushing us. Telling us we were wrong. We left with no drink that we paid for. I took a screenshot to prove it

they said they served breakfast until 11:00 a.m. it was 10:30 and they served no breakfast. i got fries instead of my usual breakfast order and the food was cold and very salty. there were crumbs all over the seats.
