Tim was awesome! I don’t frequent McDonalds much and this time I had a late night ice cream run and Tim’s customer service was great. Despite the late hour. Tim provided outstanding customer service that truly stood out.
He was very polite and attentive. It’s rare to encounter someone so upbeat and professional, especially during a late-night shift, but Tim’s positive attitude made the experience memorable.
