Metro Diner in Plainfield is one of our favorite places to eat. The Benedict’s, the burgers and the fish and chips are awesome. Our server was Abby and she was helpful and friendly, making the whole experience positive.

I had a really good Experience at this Diner! Our waitress, Christine, took our drink orders quickly and had them out in no time. When we ordered our food, it was out in less than 10 minutes. The waitress kept checking in on us and the employees were so kind. The atmosphere was great!
Christine did amazing as our server. The atmosphere was down to earth. Soft and upbeat at the same time. The food was delicious and it came out in such a timely manner. The presentation of the plate was great. The manager came out to make sure everything was good with us. Highly recommend and would definitely go back

Anna was truly amazing ! She checked up on us in a timely matter, and even chatted it up with my 2 year old daughter! Made sure we were able to get her a pink drink ! We loved her !
We have been to Metro Diner before in Plainfield, but hadn't been in a while. I have some dietary restrictions that dojt allow me to eat a lot and so I asked for gluten free menu and also asked our wonderful server, Bonnie, some questions about food. She was so friendly and good at making recommendations and then the manager, who I was told is part owner, came over a couple minutes later to make sure u didn't have any allergy restrictions on top of that and offered to make any modifications. My fiance and I decided to go with turkey dinner . The food was so good and Bonnie and Jeff, you both deserve a raise as your service and kindness was fantastic. Thank you for making this a great experience. You both were amazing . Highly recommend the food and ask for Bonnie.
